I came in with a 2008 Pontiac G6 today and wow am I pleased with so much. The communication before hand as I was getting quotes all round town was crazy until I saw AGN on google and read how great the reviews are. Decided to give them a call and the person on the phone was very quick, respectful, and understanding and gave me a the cheapest price of anyone around. In fact about 25% cheaper than anyone else including tax! So I went in, and the staff was extremely warm feeling, hospitable, and stated I could relax there in the lobby, and even told me about some places nearby if I wanted to go out while they worked on my windshield. Total time was 39 minutes and done. WOW. FAST, Great Price, Great Staff. Wish all service was like this at all places. GO HERE FIRST ! BTW, Thank you AGN my windshield is beautiful!

I experienced the best customer service ever!! 2002 Chevrolet Express work van, not the most common vehicle on the road. I called Thurs afternoon and spoke with Randy. He quoted me a great price. I had full glass coverage so that was not a factor. I asked when he could get me in and it was 9:00am Fri morning! I arrived at 9:00 and they were ready to go to work. Here is the best part. I had my windshield replaced 6 years ago at Safelight. I have satellite radio and the antenna is above the windshield. The cable ran under the windshield trim. Safelight glued the cable in the windshield channel 6 years ago, so Guardian had to be extremely careful cutting out the old windshield or they could have cut the satelite radio cable. No problem, windshield out and cable intact by 9:25. Now it gets even better. At 10:am they are done but ask if I am in a hurry because they would like to glue my plastic windsheild cowl cover together (it was in 4 pieces for the last 4 years and is a discontinued part). Really? Wow absolutely yes!! I'll pay for that!! When the job was done I asked what I owed for the extra work. They said NOTHING!! In todays service environment, this is unbelievable. I asked to speak with Joe (the owner) and he was actually pulling my van out of the shop. He is who glued my cowl back together! His son Matthew also worked on my van to make a team of 3. For you high end and newer car owners, do not be afraid to bring your car here. This shop is certified to re-calibrate all Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), I saw the certifications hanging on the wall. I recently had my window shield replaced by MR WINDSHIELD AUTO GLASS. Eddie the Technician came out on 08/28/2024 ( I hope I got his name right) and did a wonderful job!! He was honest and knowledgeable about what he was doing!! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work he did, he was in no rush to get the job done, and couldn’t have done a better job replacing my window shield!! I’ve had work done twice by safelite and they rush through the process to get the jobs done, and did a horrible job, putting some scars into the paint work on my vehicle, and had the nerve to tell me it was existing and it never happened with them!!! I would never recommend safelite to anyone!! You must try “MR WINDSHIELD AUTO GLASS” you will never regret using them!! I would definitely recommend MR WINDSHIELD AUTO GLASS!!!!
