These guys were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. I’ll go here for any car window needs from now on. My rear windshield was broken overnight while I was parked on the street and I didn’t discover it until noon the next day. Two different places I spoke to (one of which is a major, well-known company) could not replace my windshield for two days, and the cost was high from both. I finally called A+ Plus at 2pm and not only did they say they could replace my windshield the same day (they were able to order the replacement windshield and get it within 2 hours!) but their cost was lower than all others. My windshield was crack. I called, Arco and the customer service was great, Ana answered and I was able to book an appointment for next business day. They called me 30 minutes before arrival and kept me informed. Service was excellent and price great....better than competitors. They offer mobile service, very convenient for me. The installation only took 1 hour. I highly recommend as their prices are reasonable, professional and outstanding customer service too. They also handle insurance claims and recalibration services. Exceptional customer service and professionalism, highly recommended. They also provide a lifetime warranty that is a great deal!!!

Called many Auto Glass repair shops to get a new windshield for my old Caddy, no one had it in stock. I called Bronx Auto Glass and spoke with May and he said he can order it for me and have it in 2 days. Somehow it ended up taking 2 additional days but the glass finally came in. I drove up, they took off the old windshield, cleaned everything up nicely, put the inspection and registration stickers back on along with the rear view mirror and it looked super good. The installer was nice, professional and did a superb job. Paid for everything and was on my way. Absolute pleasant experience. Took all of 40 minutes from beginning till end to complete the transaction. 10 stars! What Safelite was going to charge my uncle $820 for, Diffo did for $425! Service was fast, professional and top tier. The only negative is they don't have a cat on site to demand treats & judge you about why your window is busted out. Go for all your auto glass needs!

Fitzroy and Son did an EXCELLENT job replacing my windshield and the gasket rubber sealant around it. Wonderful experience and great price. Fitzroy prepared a bill which I can submit to USAA. Safelite COULD NOT replace my windshield because that area was rusty and they would not be able to attach the new windshield. Needed to go to an auto body shop first. I highly recommend Fitzroy & Son for windshield replacements.

My car window was smashed in on Christmas Eve and I called all the highest rated auto glass repair shops as well as Safelite. They were all charging upwards of $370 plus a down payment of $250 which I was paying out of pocket. So, rather than drive all the way to the Stadium or Hunts Point in freezing cold weather, to save money, I tried calling Inspire. Sergio gave me the best deal and offered to come out to my location same day, it was difficult getting the right glass because my car is new but he offered great customer service and got the job done and charged me only $200! I'm surprised he doesn't have more great ratings and reviews. I highly recommend his work. Its bad enough your a victim of a break in but then to get robbed again doing repairs is too much! Sergio is an honest and experienced guy, he worked for 4stars for 15 years before starting his own business and he guarantees his work for life. I'm glad I found this place.

My car got broken into. The small one that don't move. The first quote I got was $265 and they had to order the mirror. Second guy told me $90 and also they had to order the part. I when with them. The next day I got to the body shop they didn't have the mirror. He told me to come back tomorrow(absolutely not). I when to google and J D Auto Glass came up I called them and the person that I spoke to was speaking my language. He knew exactly what mirror I needed fix, they had it in stock and only $60 to replace it. I asked if I could come right now he said sure. Got there in 10 minutes. It took the guy less than 5 minutes to fix it. I was/still am very pleased.

Bunch of scammers went here a few months ago to he tmy glass replaced awesome the service made me come back however the service today nope 5 hours wated over 200 bucks wasted and trying to make me pay another 125 for another diagnostic to look into the matter further scam and money wasted that I had to save up for took about a little over a month never again. Comes back every hour to 2 hours to help me there's something different than needs to be done electrical issue then this then that instead of doing one diagnostics for everything and tell me everything at one time Edit review update 09/18/24 Was contacted by the owner of the mechanic shop he constitanly apologize on everything that happens and told me to bring my car in to make it right. Took my car and the repairs were done with my air conditioning system and also told me additional information that is good to have as knowledge I am now changing this to a five-star review from a one store and he was very apologetic about all the situations that had happened

Good work and honest shop, have been here a couple of times. Never had any problem or had to return to fix anything. One thing I noticed is that the common glass is kept on site, but uncommon glass is not. Was in and out in 30 mins for an accord windshield but when I came in with a bmw it did take a lot longer. Highly recommend these guys due to the honesty of the owner and reliability of the work.since I never had any issues with the installs I did not mind the long wait 👍🏻

Axel and his team helped to fix my front passenger side window that would not go up or down on my 2019 corolla. All I heard was clicking sounds when I pressed the power window button but the window itself was stuck and not moving which forced me to tape it up closed for only one night. I say only one night because Axel and his team were able to help me the same day I called. Axel was able to see me in under an hour from contacting him, and they were able to diagnose the problem for a great price. He also was able to completely close the window shut so I did not have to worry about taping it to prevent rain from seeping in. I ordered the part I needed to fix the problem and met with Axel and his team a second time to completely fix the problem. They were able to replace the broken piece and repair it all in under 10 minutes for a good price. My window now rolls up and down with no problems at all. Axel and his team are super responsive, friendly and professional. Communication with him is great! If you want the job done right, quickly and at a great price, just text or call Axel and he will be able to see you asap. I will definitely be recommending Mata's Auto Glass Mobile LLC to anyone who is need of auto glass repair.
