Definitely would come back if needed: windshield in our Audi Q5 became lose and water was leaking into the car. I took the Q5 to a local glass shop and asked if they could either re-glue or replace it. The owner said, "If you have insurance coverage just replace it. They will cover it". I asked if there was a replacement glass available that is not made in China, and he said, "I can get you original glass. But it would be more money". I said, "OK order it". When I came back the next week, he had cheap Chinese made glass. I asked if they could just salvage the OEM glass he replied, "I will try but cannot guarantee". I did not like having cheap Chinese glass in my Audi so I left. Then I called Three Star because I went there about 8 years ago. I explained the problem to the owner Neo and he replied, "You should really call Audi and they have to fix it because it is a factory defect". I called Audi dealer and was told, "It is impossible to remove the old glass without breaking it so we would have to install a new windshield, cost is1200 dollars". I called Neo again and made an appointment. He was truthful: he said, "I will try to remove the old glass without breaking it but the replacement available for your vehicle is only Chinese made glass". At the end, they were able to remove original windshield without braking it and re-glued it. Great service! Highly recommended!

I had a crack on my 1998 Volvo C70 coupe and was concerned that the year would be an issue with getting a new windshield. I also was very concerned about the price since I do not have glass coverage. I priced Safelite who quoted me $750 for the job. I did a quick search and found Three Star Auto Glass with great reviews and decided to call. Didn't have much hope but they are near my home in Brooklyn so gave them a call. Neil is the BEST!! Called him at 8:30am, gave him my car info and he quoted a price over the phone - firm! It was half of what Safelite quoted. Quoted and confirmed at 8:30am, left car at 1pm and job was completed by 2pm. The job was done correctly and with care. The place is small but it has heart and soul. Neil is patient, funny, professional and to the point. He threw in 3 pieces of frame molding for the price of one (mine were all I am very grateful to the entire team. Great experience getting my glass replaced with Niel. Straightforward and authentic. After installation of the new glass, one of his workers left an almost unnoticeable scratch on the glass and Niel offered me a bug price cut or a completely new reinstallation. Someone tried to break into my Jeep Grand Cherokee last night and cracked my passenger front window in the process. I called Three Star Auto Glass this morning. Neil had my glass ordered and delivered within an hour and had me out within 30 minutes after that. Great service I would definitely recommend for future service. He was inexpensive and reliable.

Scratched and damaged trunk hatch when replacing rear glass. Glass was also not clear, had distortion when looking through rear view mirror. Brought this up to owner and refused to pay to repaint hatch after he damaged it. Poor quality workmanship and used cheap glass to replace. Warning - avoid at all cost.

Great place and great service. The tech who came out to fix my window was very patient and answered all the questions I had about their company and the services provided. The glass is great quality.
