The title of this review should be "Exceeded All Expectations"! I can't say enough good things about Exert Auto Glass in Elma. The communicated with me on the status every aspect of my windshield replacement, they set a time to do the work, told me it would "take about 45 minutes", and then had me out of there EXATLY 45 minutes later. I should also mention they were extremely nice. That's something that we shouldn't have to write about but they were just really easy to work with, did everything they said they would do and they were really friendly every step of the way.
