I write reviews for two reasons. Either because it would be a disservice to my fellow man to do business there or that it would be a pleasure. My experience was the latter. From the initial phone call to the farewell, I was treated with professionalism and respect. Both co-owners that I met treated me like we've known each other for a long time. Currently with racial tensions rising, I was still very comfortable to be there around two white owners and his crew, and nothing felt forced & fake. I am not white and I felt that I was treated like a nephew. The point is, you want to fix the glass on your car and quality workmanship. And yes, they do did quality work at a very fair price. However, what sets this shop apart, is the way that I was treated as a person, and this is a rare find nowadays. I wish this business much success and hope that they continue to thrive and provide excellent HUMAN service. Be encouraged owners, you guys are doing something right. P.S: If you take a look at some of the negative reviews, you'll see that some customers maybe have not experienced enough customer service. Though everyone is entitled to their own opinions...
