I'm kind of astounded at all the negative reviews here. I scheduled to have my passenger windshield replaced on my 2016 Cascadia. Got there about 20 minutes early and they took the truck in at it's appointment time and said it would be 2 hours. It took 1.5. Kyle did a nice job on it. I kind of explained how it would be difficult with the stainless steel visor, but he said, "it'll be tight, but I'll get it." Since I installed the visor, I know it has sharp edges. He beat his hands up pretty good, but never a complaint. Price as quoted when I scheduled the appointment online. Pretty seamless. Should I get whacked by another rock flying off a guy hauling construction equipment, I'll come back. And folks - clean the snow off your cars. I waited with two people who suffered a windshield loss because of flying ice.
