Freak landscaping accident had me looking for a place to get my driver's door glass fixed. Unfortunately, the next available time didn't work for me, but I did decide to make an appointment that worked for my schedule. I chose Auto Glass Now versus Safelite, which I've used in the past, because (1) it's located in my town (wanted to support my town) so I didn't have to worry if the wait would have been too long, or any issue, how I'd get home, and (2) the pricing was a lot more reasonable (I wasn't paying for it, but didn't mean that it wasn't important). Janna, the receptionist, was very polite and helpful. Check in was really simple; if I wanted to stay, the waiting area was big and bright and they have complementary coffee, but opted to go home. She said she'd call when they were near complete so I could make the trip back, which she did. They were done in under an hour (estimated time was an hour), and she helped me contact the company that would be paying for the repair and everything was done quickly and smoothly. My car was already out and ready to drive off, after payment was completed, just grabbed my keys and left. The remaining glass shards under my seat were cleaned up; window looked great; and it is guaranteed for life. I highly recommend and would certainly go back for future repairs (if needed).
