Ron was super fast and had the best rates for last minute service. He was willing to come to me and fix it in the pouring winter rain. Someone broke into my car this week (cops said it was one of 7 that morning). I was upset because I’ve lived in NYC for 6 years and only had a car here in Ridgewood for a couple weeks when this happened. With no body or glass coverage from insurance, I was worried about paying a ton for the replacement of a rear vent window. After calling about 6 places (several tried to quote me $250+), Ron was able to find the rear vent window for a reasonable price and was able to fix it in 30 min in my building. Even brought a dry vac to help with all the broken glass. I was happy that he was willing to come to me, which was one of the major selling points. Highly convenient, mobile service, and great customer service. 10/10 would definitely call again.

I was worried to have my windshield replaced for months and after searching around for a shop, I stumbled across this shop on Yelp. The reviews were good both on Yelp and Google, so I figured I'd give it a shot. The owner of the shop personally replaced my windshield and he did an excellent job. No leaks, no scratches and overall he was careful with my car. The only complaint I have, which is my fault, is that instead of getting an acoustic aftermarket replacement windshield, I asked for a normal one because I didn't realize my car carried the acoustic glass until after the install. Besides that, I'm really satisfied!

Don't buy from Ron he is a thief. Ordered a head lamp assembly the first one he send me did not work and neither does the replacement. He will not make good on the purchase. Both the first and the replacement headlamps were bad. The Headlamp was for a 2004 restoration project. The Vehicle was in the body shop for minor dings and scratches. There after went in for wheel refinishing. Ron return my calls and reply to my emails Make good on the bad lamp if your not a thief....... Here is an image of the vehicle as well as the garbage Headlamp. Not only does the lamp not illuminate it also traps moisture

Great experience with 1st Class Auto Glass. I called Ron yesterday to see if he can replace my front passenger window due to vandalism. Thankfully, he was able to do the job and he drove out to my address to complete the job. He removed all of the broken glass and vacuumed the seats and carpet. He did it all in under an hour. Exceptional job and I am one happy customer. I hope this doesn’t happen again but if it does, Ron will be the first person that I call. Thank you Ron for replacing my window. Ron is the man!!!!!! Don’t hesitate to give him a call if the need arises, you won’t regret it.

1st class is truly 1st class. I've unfortunately been to other butcher shops where the work took forever and was still incorrect and sloppy and had to be redone. These guys had me fixed and rolling in under an hour and at a great price point. And fixed a broken hatch totally unrelated to the window! Friendly and well spoken, I couldn't reccomend these guys any more highly!

I just came from leaving here . I have a 08 Cadillac STS and let me tell you LOOK NO FURTHER. Prices are GREAT.. I had to ask Ron was he forreal when I requested a quote. Job was done in less than a hr and polite service. Sorry Safelite but this place is the place to go so do not hesitate .. I’m going to tell everyone to come here. Best of all it’s only a 4 min drive .

Ron was extremely accommodating and efficient in repairing my car window that was broken into. I received a fair quote on the window replacement and he was able to get it done the next day. Ron drove to my location and completed the job in 30 minutes. He even vacuumed away all the glass shards. I definitely recommend his service if you ever need a glass replacement.

Eric and Ron were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help when we had an unfortunate event with my daughter's "antique";-) 1984 Datsun hatchback-sentra. I’ve come to see Ron twice over the past few months - first time was to replace an OEM taillight and most recently for help with my clogged sunroof drains and replacing the passenger side mirror. Not sure why there are any negative reviews: he is quick, professional and provides great service at a fair price. Returning customer for sure.

Had a broken windshield from a tree branch, Ron ( I think the owner ) found a original replacement and had it installed the same day. I could not find any glass fragments in the car when it was finished. He did all of the paperwork for my insurance. Highly recommend good local business. Great job
