I had a chip in my windshield. I called AAA Auto Glass, they came to my work to repair it. The technician was was professional and friendly. I was skeptical about how the repair would look but he did an exceptional job. I was very pleased with the outcome. I didnt go through my insurance since it wasn't a windshield replacement. We had our windshield replaced a year ago after someone threw a rock at it a year ago. At that time they were very professional, kind and fast at replacing the window. This year our car sudden started to malfunction and we had no idea why. We had it towed to a dealership and found out that there was a leak from the windshield not being sealed properly that caused damage. We were dreading to call Autoglass to complain, but that dread diminished as soon as we spoke with them. They were appologetic and offered to cover any damage done. I can not stress enough how kind, understanding and upstanding they were about the entire situation. They moved fast to come and see what had happened, to fix it and to reimburse us for everything (including all parts and labor of the damage done to our car.) We will be using them again. People make mistakes and the way they handled the situation says everything we need to know about the company.

When safe lite refused to replace my windshield I thought what am I going to do now. I was referred to L&M , spoke to them on the phone told them my situation and Lloyd said he was working right around the corner he would be happy to look at it, scheduled me in and did the repair right at the house. Both Lloyd and Matt are very easy to talk to, and were willing to work around my schedule, they did the repair in a professional matter and with no extra fees. Tech did an excellent job on my Back Glass. Cleaned the back floor area and emptied the back door which was loaded with broken glass (rattled noisily when opening the door. Additionally, they notified me of back spoiler damage which I didn't know about but was able to summit a claim with my insurance. They also removed the spoiler which was hanging and dangerous to drivers if it fell off. Over all, excellent, their service was way less than other glass companies near us.

Wow. Talk about Speedy, Efficient service. Had a Replacement Rear Hatch Glass scheduled in 1 day after the Claim was filed. 1 day later Safelite was there. Glass Technician Jamihl showed up on time and got right on it. Car was parked in a garage and the Weather was on his side today (11/30/23). We were his last job of the day. He was cheerful, upbeat, and seemed to enjoy his Career. A refreshing Attitude in a year of bad Customer experiences with a lot of businesses, fyi. Absolutely use Safelite! And if you’re lucky you will get Jamihl! 5 Stars all day.

Arthur was my technician and I couldn't recommend working with Safelite and him more. I had to have my windshield replaced on my Evo back in December last year and then 4 months later it cracked again. When I finally got around to scheduling the replacement due to car inspection I called Safelite first since they did a great job the first time around. This time was even better, again Arthur was the technician, showed up at my property when scheduled and because he was familiar with the car and his own work the process was even faster then the first time. Not only that but due to Safelite and Arthur's integrity they replaced the windshield under warranty repairs and didn't charge me anything. They stood behind their glass and their warranty and I would highly recommend them for your windshield repair and replacement work.

They are very smart people who know their stuff and whose insight has helped me get the best possible result. Their work is prompt, their interaction with the insurance companies is seamless, their responsiveness to their customers is exemplary. So is the timeliness of their responses. If anything can take the sting out of having your car hit, it's being able to work with people like those at Macs II to get it fixed.
