This company is amazing. I had a 40 ft RV that needed a new windshield. Granted the windshield is about 8 ft across and no easy feat to replace. My insurance sent me to a horrible glass shop in Watertown which first said they would replace the glass then refused to do the work because they lacked the knowledge and ability to replace the glass. My insurance then sent me to J&T and thou it was almost two hours to drive there I took the chance and I’m so elated that I did. I received truly professional, and caring members who made me feel comfortable allowing them to do the work. They completed the work a day early and did an amazing job replacing the windshield which looks like it was really hard work to lift the heavy glass and install. I will let anyone I see that needs glass work especially on RVs to go see J&T auto and if I ever need any more work in the future they will be my 1st choice to go to even if I have to drive all the way across country from California to do it. I had the most wonderful experience with Safelite. Having my window broken was extremely stressful, but dealing with Monica at Safelite was so greatly appreciated. She stayed late and made sure that she was able to be there for me to return my car to park it there inside the building until my glass came in. They pulled my car in every night to ensure that it was kept safely until the replacement arrived and Patrick did an amazing job replacing my back windshield again this was the most stressful situation of having to go through and they made it go along As best a situation like this could! Thank you again for your devotion and true care in regards to helping me!

Heard a pop one night come from my closed garage and found the rear window shattered on my 2003 Buick Lesabre. No impact just popped on its own?? Called the insurance company the next morning , who put me into touch with Safelite online. Real easy to use and within minutes I was set up with an appointment for a few days later. Morning of the appointment I recieved a call from my tech Taylor and he arrived 20 minutes later. He did a great job on the install and I can't say enough good things about him. Only hiccup was the glass came without the molding. I wish safelite would have told me right away so I could have tired to secure the molding on my own. Taylor did a great job talking to me about it and showed me the universal molding he would install with my approval. I understand most customers are not as attached to a 22 year old car like me, 😀 , but a heads up would have been nice. Like I said Taylor was top notch and is a great representative for your company.

Imagine that you have glass coverage through your insurance company but yet they steer you to a national glass replacement company AKA Safelite. Thruway would have to charge me $100 for replacement. Before you read on this is not a slam against Thruway and please read on. Safelite recommended to us that we replace our windshield wipers at a price of $43.00 which they would do when they changed our windshield. Safelite also could not get to us for 5 days, we would have to leave our keys in our vehicle, plus we would have to take our vehicle to a garage to get a replacement inspection sticker and have to get a new registration sticker from the DMV. Thruway got us in the next day, we didn't have to replace our windshield wipers (Thruway chuckled when they heard this) and they were able to remove our inspection sticker and our registration sticker. Thruway saved us time! Thruway didn't take up our time by having us go to get new replacement inspection and registration stickers for our windshield. So in the end I think I came out even spending what I did with Thruway. Thruway Auto Glass was up front with us, treated us respect, didn't try to see us something we didn't need and we didn't have to run around trying to tie up loose ends. I will go to Thruway before I ever go to Safelite. Just my take on things and a nasty letter has been sent to my insurance company.
