I needed a window replacement, and All Safe not only provided a competitive quote, but they were also able to provide a mobile service appt the following day! Both Ryan and Kael from All Safe arrived within the given timeframe and were able to replace my window within 1 hour. They even took the time to vacuum the remaining glass in my car from the broken window. These gentlemen were extremely professional, kind and went above and beyond to provide great customer service. Listen when I tell you, run don't walk to use Auto Glass Now for all of your auto glass repair needs. Derek assisted me today with replacing my windshield that had a large crack in it and he was the nicest, most professional guy I have met in a long time. So friendly and so efficient. He came to my apartment complex, called me beforehand and upon arrival. He replaced my windshield so quickly, and I watched him complete this task step by step, which gave me the confidence to know my windshield was properly repaired. Although he is quick, he is good at his job and he is thorough. He never made me feel like I was bothering him while chit chatting with him as he worked. If you need your windshield repaired please use Auto Glass Now and ask for Derek. The woman who also helped me with my claim and to make my appointment was also pleasant and super helpful. Unfortunately I cannot recall her name. All around just a pleasant experience using this company and I would 110% use them again if needed.

I was first impressed by Lori (or Laurie?) who took my initial call and worked with my insurance company to ensure coverage. She also checked my vehicle in at the Freedom Drive location. She is sincerely polite and professional, and very knowledgeable. The site itself is clean with a comfortable waiting area and clean restroom. I was offered a cold bottle of water upon arrival. I was informed that the windshield replacement with calibration could take up to 4 hours, so I was pleasantly surprised when the job was completed in half that time. While I had no interaction with the gentleman who performed the work, he did an excellent job in ensuring it looked like a factory original install, with all of the ADAS working as designed. The inside and outside of the windshield as well as the cabin were clean with no evidence that any major work had even been done…Perfect…. If you need a windshield repair or replacement, I highly recommend Auto Glass Now….

My cat got broken into and I didn’t really know what to do. So I took it to the Toyota dealer and they said they would replace but it would be $400 just for labor not including the glass. I called another place and they said $309 and would have to order and be in 6 days. I checked another place and they said 1.5 weeks and $421. BCM was out within 4 hours and had the window replaced for $270. He was very efficient and friendly. I feel so much better and safer with my window. I can now forget it even happened! Thank you

I Had an insurance claim for a cracked windshield that was spreading faster than I've ever seen one spread. It went from 3-4 inches to 3-4 FEET in less than 45 minutes so I needed a new windshield ASAP! Made an insurance claim and was having trouble finding a place that could do it that soon. Then we found Caliber auto glass. They got me in the very next morning and had my windshield done in no time. Everyone was extremely nice and it was a good experience. The glass to my Kia Telluride hatch got broken Saturday evening and these guys returned my call in 2 minutes.
