I had a cracked windshield, I let my insurance recommend who would repair and they set me up with All Safe Auto Glass. Clayton called me on the weekend and on a holiday. I was impressed. I wanted a Toyota windshield and he explained to me that he would have to get it approved. Never once did Clayton not stay in touch with me. Once the windshield came in they came out to my job and installed the windshield. Excellent job! Then another company had to come out to calibrate the camera. We had some issues with the calibration, again Clayton stayed on top of everything. He called the dealership and made an appointment for me, I took my car dropped it off and even the dealership had an issue with the calibration, but Clayton handled everything. I picked my car up and everything was perfect. I have never had someone help me from start to finish like Clayton did. I highly recommend this company. And will call them again if I need any windows fixed..PositiveProfessionalism

I had a Rock chip my windshield and it slowly started to crack across the entire bottom part. But, I was able to still pass inspection luckily. Well, 3 Years Later My Girlfriend Decide to have it Replaced for me as a Birthday Gift. So we went online to schedule an appointment. Note: They Offer at Home Service for an additional cost but, because This was a Gift from my Girlfriend I wanted to save her as much money as possible. As we were going to Place the Order. I did a Quick Search online for any discounts and found a Promo Code that saved us an additional $60 Wow, this is Awesome! Well, Took My Truck up to the Shop on Monday Morning and these Folks at The Safelite in Concord took Great Care of me. They Offered me Coffee while I was waiting and had Text Messages of the Progress of the Work. Jacob has My New Windshield put in within an hour and a half and I was Good to Go. This Was an Excellent Experience. Fast, Friendly, and Fabulous Service! Thank you all at Safelite! Thank you Very Much! 😉👌🤓👍😁
