Capital Auto Glass is an exemplar of the high standards and quality customers will receive from supporting local small businesses. I had exceptional assistance first from Lauren to set up my appointment for a windshield replacement needed on my car. She was friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the entire process. She assisted me with the insurance claim details as well and made sure that I had all of my questions answered before we hung up the phone. Capital Auto Glass has amazing customer service and is very well organized and efficient business. They were able to schedule my replacement and come to my home with availability offered as soon as the next day!! Clear communications with reminder calls by the office to confirm my appointment as well as a call by the technician, Bryan, the day of helped me to plan and schedule even with the convenience of them coming to my home. Working from home, I still needed to make sure I could block out some time to be available, if needed. When Bryan arrived to do the replacement, I was greeted again with the same professional courtesy and friendliness as I had experienced when I spoke with Lauren. Bryan was incredibly efficient, was very attentive to taking exceptional care of my vehicle, and incredibly knowledgable sharing information with me about the process and reminders after he completed the installation. I just had the windshield replaced in my 2006 H2 Hummer. I need to commend Andrew and Joe on every aspect of my experience and interactions with them. Great communication before arrival. Friendly and professional. Explained the process and estimated time for completion when they arrived. Once they began the replacement process they needed to open the hood of the Hummer to remove the cowl to complete the replacement. Unfortunately, I discovered the night before that the hood latch was stuck and I could not open the hood. Luckily, with the help of Andrew and Joe, we were able to work together and get the hood open. (Truly incredible considering I had spent a couple of hours the previous day trying to get it open!) They completed the replacement, and informed me about things to avoid over the next 24 hours while adhesive cured, etc. They also informed be about the lifetime warranty. Absolutely the best service interaction I have had with a company in years! Kudos to Transparency Auto Glass, and especially Andrew and Joe, for a great experience. It's good to know that there are still companies and employees that truly care and provide a great customer experience.
