All Safe Auto Glass was the perfect choice for us to replace the windshield of our 2024 Hyundai after it was cracked from a rock kicked up by a semi. They helped us with our insurance company and made the whole experience painless. We had first gone to the "other glass company" that advertises on TV. But what a disappointing waste of time. We only have one car and they said we had to bring it to them because they would have to use original factory glass, but then they said we had to leave it for the entire day & couldn't guarantee they would get to it that day. Then...they told us, we would have to go back to the dealer for calibration after the install. Fortunately, we found All Safe Glass in Salisbury, and Clayton was able to schedule everything to be done at our house, at our convenience, even the camera calibration and insurance paperwork! Rick and Lane, arrived on time and were very professional, efficient, and personable. They coordinated with TruTec Calibrations, who arrived immediately after glass installed, and Genesa calibrated the w/s camera. We are very pleased with the professionalism of everyone involved. Great Customer Service!!!

I busted the back window on my Toyota Tundra. I called the other glass company and they set me up with an appmt. The morning of the appmt they called and cancelled my appmt as they were having an issue getting the glass for my rear window. I asked how long would it be and they told me that they would have it by the end of the week. Well they never called. I then called my Toyota dealership and they sent me to Wilson's Auto Glass. Angela let me know they had to order the window from Toyota. She called me back in 10 mins and let me know that the glass was ordered. Just 2 days later Angela called me, we set up the appmt. I dropped off my truck and she called me bright and early the next morning letting me know my truck was ready. Great service, Angela was exceptionally wonderful.
