I went here at the recommendation of my dealership to replace a windshield. I dealt with Eric who was absolutely great to work with. The windshield was being replaced through extended warranty coverage and after sending him a few pictures, he took care of all the work needed to file the claim. This has been the most painless experience dealing with ANY coverage claim I have ever had. When we arrived, he took my wife, dog and I to the mall while the work was being performed and what was estimated to be a four hour job was done in just over half that time. He came back and picked us up and the technician who installed the windshield explained care instructions and reviewed the calibration report since the truck has a HUD and lane departure sensors. Hopefully I will not need to replace another windshield, but if I do I will absolutely come back here again.

I have had 3 windshields and a back window replaced on two of my trucks here in the last 4 years (the back window was because a scrap metal semi materials feel onto my truck somehow). Now I need to get another windshield replaced on another one of my truck and you'll know surely whom I going to. They done great work each time and the one time I had an issue they fixed it right away. In there industry it's a bit harder to find a good shop that does good work.

I took a rock to my windshield and the crack was close to the maximum size that can be repaired. Jesse was nice enough to take a look at it so I would know if I needed to schedule a chip repair or a windshield replacement. I was lucky and it can be repaired, they got me in the next day, and the repair looks great! As with all glass repairs the cracks don't completely disappear but the integrity of the windshield has been restored and the cracks shouldn't expand. If the repair fails they will credit the cost of the repair to my new windshield. They also cleaned all my windows and vacuumed my floor mats. They were friendly and helpful, and took time to make sure I understood the process.
