These guys rock! I just found my new go to organization for any auto glass issues I have. I live in Streetsboro and will gladly drive the 35 minute drive to Coventry to utilize their services. They saw me today despite an extremely busy schedule. They squeaked me in for a drivers door window that had been opened and stocked down on the inside of the door. They had it quickly taken apart and discovered that the “Regulator“ had gone bad. The regulator is the motor that drives your window up and down if you have electric windows. The next problem that we encountered was that none of the suppliers they work with had one available. I really wanted my car fixed today due to my busy schedule. The idea came up to call the local Chevy dealer up the street. They had one in stock. The next problem was that they couldn’t ship it until this evening. I stepped up and said if accurate auto glass was willing to fix my window today I would run out there to the Chevy dealer myself and pick up the part. They said no one has ever offered that before. We will honor that. So I immediately left and drove 5 miles to the dealership, got the part, and quickly returned. As soon as I handed off the part they took my keys from me and pulled my car into the bay. Literally 20 minutes later it was complete. The tech who worked on it was JON. He was a super friendly high energy guy who even took me back to the shop at my request, and taught me all about the regulator, how it works, showed me the old one, and all the points of failure when they have problems. I have a new understanding now of how electric car windows work. The owners name is John painter. John came out and spoke with me at length. He was a super nice guy and clearly has a gift for connecting with people. I am a Christian, so is he and he shared his Christian testimony with me, which I thought was absolutely awesome! The girls at the front desk were super nice, chatty, and clearly enjoyed their job and only want to make the customers feel comfortable. I cannot say enough about this place. And when everything was said and done the cost was exceedingly reasonable. I had no problem with the price that I paid. If you need your windshield fixed or replaced, or you have a problem with your electric windows, accurate auto glass is the place to go. I know I will be going there for any future issues with any of my vehicles. Thanks for taking such great care of me today, guys! This is A great business. So I was calling around various places regarding my Chevy Malibu front windshield getting replaced. Several of them told me they were backed up until the end of January or the beginning of next month. Others was trying to charge me A arm and a leg like around 240$-300$+ and I was just like no way. I came across this place from the google list of windshield repairs and saw the reviews and instantly called. I get a hold of Jim and he immediately understood where I was coming from and out of nowhere he drops my price down to around 219$ Plus tax out the door. I schedule my appointment for Friday around 3:00-3:30 PM but tells him if you can get me in earlier to give me a call because my kids got out of school around the same time. I get a call around 12:30 to come earlier at 1:30 PM and get it done. I arrived around 1:40 PM and I was out by 2:03 PM. The service was great and fast and hats off to Jim for making it so easy by getting my windshield replaced I highly recommend this business. Had an unfortunate incident where my daughter’s vehicle was broken into on the Westside of Cleveland. Called Car Glass Repair after 7pm to leave a message for a call back in the morning. Much to my surprise Red returned my call that evening and set a mobile appointment for the next morning. Received several messages the next morning about status and arrival time. Super nice tech arrived and went to work fixing up the broken glass. Let me say this is a company that understands great customer service. Brent was fantastic! I first got a quote from the most recognized name and the price was outrageous. They could not come to my house and I had to go to the shop. I declined and started getting many emails every time with the bigger discount until it would have been $398 from $520 at first. It is irritating that they would charge so much when they were willing to charge a lot less but the 398 was not what they quoted because they were charging $30 to recycle the old glass and some other nonsense. I did a Google search and found Defender! I knew I was going to like it because of the name and it looks military oriented. Yet, what I like the most is that they texted back right away and gave me a price of $328, OUT THE DOOR, tax included, it was in itself much cheaper than the lowest the others offered. I loved the no-nonsense approach and the Very genuine communication because there were none other surprises. They came to my home the very next day and he was done in less than an hour. They even took the trouble to entertain me by splitting the charges between two forms of payment. Whoever is communicating by texting or emailing it's not the same person but will keep you updated and let you know an ETA.

I called around to several places to replace my windshield. This company was the last one I talked with, actually had an appointment set up with another company. However, Dan was the first out of all of them, that was very friendly, very informative and knowledgeable. He answered several questions that I had and didn’t rush or seem like he was annoyed by it. Needless to say, I cancelled with the other company, and Dan and his assistant was out the next day. The vehicle scheduled for service is 25 years old. Very impressive that they were able to have a windshield available considering the age. Safelite was on time, polite, knowledgeable technician who immediately got to the task without much delay. He provided a service overview and a couple of updates during the replacement process. Extremely impressed with the quality of work and length of time involved to complete the project. Great service from scheduling and throughout the entire process. I was offered a $50 coupon about two weeks after my initial estimate enquiry. Couldn't refuse that. Very pleased! I have no issues recommending Safelite to family and friends.
