I got a quote over the phone, which was lower than the national service that advertises all the time, and a prompt appointment. They were really fast and efficient. I called them at 9am in the morning to inquire about getting my windshield repair they arrived between 2-3pm. The technician realized the new windshield had scratches so he said he would bring me another one the next morning. He arrived at my home at 11am to fix my broken windshield and completed the job by within a hour super quick wow. Thank you guys again for being so prompt and very responsive. I encountered one of a driver's worst nightmares when a rock struck my vehicle on I-90. The most important thing is that I was not hurt; however, then the realization came in of the massive expense I would have to endure. Safelite and AutoGlass Now both are big names in the industry, and no surprise either both of them uncharted me and most anyone in an unfortunate situation. I decided to shop around and picked up the phone and called Mike. It was quite clear before I even heard the price this was someone who has your best interest at heart. Not only did he show genuine care for my situation, but he told me exactly what he was gonna do, how he operates, and he came to me as soon as the timing worked out. There is no one that I am going to contact in the future should I need a window replacement aside from Mike at Essential Auto Glass. He is down to Earth, wants to help people as best he can in a situation like this, and treats every car as if his own kids were going to be driving it. On top of all this, his price came in far far lower then what I was quoted by the big names. If you are looking for quality care, someone is just looking to help, and avoid the hastle of dealing with a big company, call Mike. He turned a bad situation for me into a pleasant experience and has left me with better quality then what I had before.

THANK YOU GUYS FOR SAVING ME! this am on 90w i had a rock that shattered my sunroof spraying glass everywhere. Every bump in the road was more glass in my hair and in the car. I called at least a dozen places and NO ONE would either work on it much less tell me where to get it fixed until i called Kamms Auto Body and they referred me to Signature Signature fit me in same day with incredibly fast and amazing service, their price for the part and install was half of what the insurance company would charge me for a deductible and in an hour, im back on the roads! Very very clean facilities and great staff. You guys are an AMAZING life saver!
