Most places in Dayton were a week out. These guys/gals got my windshield replaced in our driveway in 2 days. Also, their price was about 20% cheaper than everyone else. Guy called an hour ahead, showed up timely and was very professional. He did a great job and had the old out and new installed in less than an hour. Was able to pay with card on the spot and had a receipt texted to me. Their office emailed me an itemized invoice before he ever left my house. He was courteous and knew his trade. I’d highly recommend them over competitors. I called a well known company (rhymes with flash light) and I couldn’t even talk to a human. Kept telling me to use the website and website told me to call. Then other area installers were a week or more out and we’re 20%-30% higher. One place was actually 40% higher and could do it same day but wouldn’t even come close to price matching. If this place is on you list, mark the others off. Make it easy, call them and get the best price the first time and in a reasonable amount of time and professionally installed to your door step.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I had an appt at noon. I got there at 11:35. They took me right me in, and got started. I had a chip in my windshield and wanted to get it repaired before winter months came. He explained the process, and 20 minutes later, I was driving off. I was charged below my quoted price and well under what Safelite quoted. Unbelievably Fast! My 2023 Toyota Corolla had to have a front windshield replacement as well as a recalibration for the safety features. Two techs came to my work & we’re more than professional. From the very first experience I had with woman who I scheduled the service with, to the window & calibration technicians, I was very satisfied with the window installation. The woman who helped schedule the appt. went above & beyond for me & I will highly recommend Chip’s to anyone looking for a window replacement! WAY CHEAPER THAN SAFELITE & they’re the only ones that can do Mobile recalibrations!! Thanks Again to all the staff!

I could not say enough good things about Gene's Mobile Glass Service. I have offices all across the Midwest and East Coast. This has to be the best service I have ever received from a glass company. Over night our business door was busted. I called Gene's Mobile Glass early in the morning on a Friday and to my surprised that Mandy in the office answered. She told me that she would need to check with the technician to see if they have the glass for the door and she would call me back. Within minutes the office let me know that they had the glass and that the technician would be on his way within the next 30 minutes. Within less than an hour the technician Curt is here to fix the glass in our door. Curt is proving to be a top notch professional. First, I was surprised that someone actually answered the phone before the office was even open. I am impressed. Second, I really appreciate the empathy the office staff gave me. I was stressed that nobody would be able to at least board up the window let alone replace the entire glass on a Friday. She calmed the situation down. Third, I didn't expect top notch customer service so darn quick! WOW! In this day in age where customer service rarely exist, Gene's does it very well. This team should be proud! Forth, I am impressed with the quality of tech that was sent. Curt greeted us when he arrived and got right to work. He was very professional the entire time. Finally, the cost. With the cost of everything going through the roof I appreciate Gene's giving me a fair price for a job that needed to be done so quickly. I hope that I never need this service again but if I do I will be calling Gene's. If you are hesitating on calling Gene's for any reason I would urge you not to hesitate anymore. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Gene's Mobile Glass, Mandy and Curt! I appreciate everything you did to help in this situation.

Unfortunately, we had a few trucks broken into and windows shattered. We called Mel's and they came right out and fixed them all in one day. We are used to providing great service, but seldom do we receive it. This was a "Wow"... I'm not sure if any other glass company could have fixed this many windows in a short time such as this. Skype from Safelight replaced my windshield he was very professional. He showed up in between the scheduled block he went ver the process of how he was going to change it. Verified the the crack was from a rock and not installation failure as I had just had the windshield replace by a different company. Notified my about a water leak on the previous installation. Then he let me go about my business and let me know when he was done. He was spot on when he told me how much time my windshield would take. All together very happy with my service.

I had the technician come to me for free due to a promotion the company had. The technician was very kind and knowledgeable of everything. He was also courteous in working discreetly while I was talking with another guest in the house and not interrupting our conversation as much as possible. We tried to have our windshield done for free since the crack seemed to show up out of nowhere. Sadly though, the technician found the tiniest of impacts (less than 0.01 inches in diameter) and attributed that to the crack. For context, the crack was nearly the length of the windshield. Unfortunate, but it happens. He was really kind though when I cam to pay. I only had cash to pay and even then I couldn't quite come up with all the funds (I was short by a couple of dollars), he called management and they said it was all right. I very much appreciated his graciousness with my situation and for fixing a crack that was in desperate need of repair.
