Having a woman help me with my car is always less intimidating for me, and she was so so nice and helpful! She definitely went the extra mile in helping me understand better how to work with insurance, how to take care of my car, and my options. Will be back for any and all glass repairs. When I came back to have my windshield repaired, they did such a great job! Prompt, well-done, with a reasonable price. Auto Glass Now. What to say. Kind, couterteous, professional. I was in the OKC area for the airshow at Tinker AFB on 6/27-6/28. My truck got broken into the hotel parking lot I was staying at. Two pieces of door glass trashed. Luckily, the thieves got nothing. Anyways, first and foremost, AGN was one of the few that has Saturday hours. Secondly, they were one of the few who actually answered their phone. Thirdly, their pricing was the best. They got me in ASAP and got me out ASAP (so I could catch up with my family at the airshow and not have to drive back to Tulsa with shattered windows). So, they operate on Saturdays, they answered their phone, they gave me the best pricing, they got me in and out, all during my time of need. Sure, they could've taken advantage of my situation. Sure they could have dismissed me to someone else like others did. But they didn't. I would not hesitate to use them again. Sincerely, a real human that lives in Tulsa, OK.

I was blown away at how awesome and fast and convenience it was to get my broken window fixed today. I busted out my back window last night on accident. Autoglass Solutions was my savior today!! This is not your everyday ordinary autoglass repair. I didn't contact Autoglass Solutions until after 10AM this morning. It's the woman who returned my call within 5 minutes was very outgoing and friendly I told her my situation She was able to order my backseat window have it delivered and I had it replaced done finished know that for 2 o'clock today that's amazing they did perfect work! I contacted Bob Moore of Oklahoma City Service department and was notified that I would probably be better off going somewhere else due to it would take them at least 3 to 5 business days to order my window replacement and then the cost for window replacement would be quite expensive. They should be ashamed of themselves Henry Ford's rolling over in his grave as I speak. Thank you auto glass solutions I truely appreciate your honest, hard work. thank you oh... My highlander caught some debris off the turnpike, and a nice quad ring circle formed on my front wind. The call for service was easy, and the man was upfront about everything. Super knowledgeable about front glass and installation. He was able to install my front glass without having to do a calibration. He was upfront about how he does not do calibrating. It was worth the risk. Follow the instructions He gives during and after the installation of the letter. The best part of this installation was that he came to my home and did the installation. I will do business again with this company. Give them a try. I always appreciate hard work in this day in age.

10/10 from start to finish!!! I needed my windshield and completely busted out panoramic automatic sunroof replaced. All the women at the front desk were very kind, professional, and knowledgeable, but the one I worked with primarily was fantastic! She was patient with all of my questions, walked me through the process and provided me an accurate estimate- which was significantly less than others. They replaced my windshield quickly that day and were upfront about how tricky replacing the sunroof panels can be. Depending on if the track/ frame had damage, it may not be able to slide to open. They would do all they could but, couldn’t guaranty, and we wouldn’t know until it was replaced to test it. I could’ve gone somewhere else to completely replace the inset frame/ track but they were triple the price. I decided to take a chance- they let me know the panels had arrived and could take up to 2-3 days due to the complexity of the replacement. They called me only a few hours later and it was ready! When I got back we tested it, and it worked! It seemed like a miracle to me, but they were just doing what they do best! They were very meticulous removing the outer edge adhesive, remaining glass from the frame, and track. They were also very careful not to damage the shade liner underneath. JJ answered all of my questions in detail and ensured I was completely satisfied, I couldn’t be happier!!! Even if the automatic sunroof wouldn’t have opened, I appreciate them doing such a great job and saving me money!! I hope I don’t need their services again but if so, I won’t go anywhere else and will refer everyone I can!

I hate that I don't know the girls name that was running the office because she was my point of contact the whole time and she was the reason I came to do business with the company I came in a few weeks ago to check prices on tint. All my questions plus some was answered and the quotes were completely reasonable. We held off on the tint job but came back about a month later for windshield replacement and rear passenger replacement and they were about the same in price as their competitors but a few things were less...yeah buddy!!! Overall we are extremely satisfied with their work and beyond satisfied with their girl that was running the office. Also with the work that was done they really didn't take that long so I'd say pretty fast service but quality work.
