After this morning’s storm dropped a branch on my rear window, completely shattering it, I found myself in need of a mobile auto glass repair company. I am one to call around and get quotes and ASAP had the best price AND could get to me today where one of the other companies couldn’t get to me for two days and they were more costly. James was a pleasure to do business with, a very nice young man that didn’t seem to mind all of my questions and he did a great job! My car is fixed the same day it was damaged, my pocketbook isn’t hurting too much and I can be back on the road just like their name says -ASAP! Thank You James! 😺

Not very pleased!! Was warranty replacement, and told them they needed to call warranty company for confirmation BEFORE doing the work, and did not. Ended up having to pay entire bill on my own due to this. Also left glass all over truck. Found glass on steering wheel, dash, and the floor. NOT HAPPY UPDATE: Manager reached out directly to me, went over the issues. He contacted the insurance carrier himself and got me reimbursed!! Also fixed the other issues that I had in addition to taking care of the condition that truck was left in. After all this happened, felt i needed to give an update and give extra kudos to the manager Mike Crook. He did his job, and took charge of the issues. THANKS mike!!

I chose this place because they were able to get the glass and fix the car way faster than other companies. It was Christmas week, my windshield cracked after business hours, and they were able to fix it the next day! Most other companies said it would be after the new year. Also, labor was a flat $99 and they gave me an additional $75 discount. I did see online reviews beforehand. Nationwide I saw they didn’t have the best ratings with many complaints referring to scheduling appointments and then not honoring them, not honoring discounts, and repair delays. However, I also saw that each location is individually operated and I checked the reviews for the local shop. It was 4.9 stars and I can agree with the other reviews that the ownership at this location takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction. I had an appointment scheduled, a discount promised, and both were honored. The time estimate they provided was accurate and I received a text at the estimated time of completion that my vehicle was ready. And they have a lifetime warranty included for the work they do. So all water leaks and wind noise is warrantied. I have not had a single leak or any wind noise since the windshield was replaced. And the HUD works perfectly! No calibration issues. Very nice people, great quality of work, and great pricing. Despite it being a chain, this location shows pride of ownership and will make you feel like family! Check them out! They essentially did a 5 star job that took them only 2 hours and only $25 in labor after the discounts. Unbelievable deal!

EXCELLENT customer service, great prices, top notch quality work and awesome turn around times will have me coming back to this FAMILY OWNED business. I had an unfortunate accident of knocking out the rear window of my 2008 Toyota Tundra. I called around Tulsa for prices and called a few of the "big names" here...and they were all on average about $50 more for the same work that Leif and his wife did on my truck. Additionally, you'll see some a few sour reviews on here...but those folks obviously didn't give this business an opportunity to discuss! Upon picking up my truck and getting it home, I noticed that the heating elements on the rear windshield seemed to be off...almost like they came that way. Well I texted Leif and his wife and they asked me to bring it in to take a look as the pictures I sent were tough to tell. Upon further inspection, they agreed. Keep in mind, this is NOT a common error on windshields that come from the factory. Leif and his wife offered to get another one ordered that day and get it fixed. I left the truck with them thinking it would be late afternoon before I'd get it back. Much to my surprise, about three hours later I was informed my truck was ready! Once I got back to the shop, they showed me the flaws on the previous piece of glass and was causing the issues. In and out quickly and no additional charges...just a local business with great customer service. I WILL be back and would highly recommend you give them your business! Thanks again!

Looks like it's either good or bad. But I am sharing my experience. I was just passing through. This guy had every opportunity under the Sun to completely screw me over. Instead, he still gave a very good price and extremely professional service. Prompt? Maybe not. They may take a little bit longer than stated, but it's going to be a professional job at a fair price. So you're going to have to decide what's more important to you? I’ve reached out to this company multiple times & they were so responsive & came right away. It was once pouring down raining, but that did not compromise their timeliness nor their professionalism. On this day, I had called multiple companies listed on Google—including satellite— and my only regret was not calling Einstein first!! Today, I experienced the same traumatic loud boom of a “rock hitting the windshield” again, but with a much larger blemish. I called & they responded quickly with a text, reasonably so, and a tech pulled into my location 5 minutes after I arrived. His countenance mirrored what it did on the rainy day. Very very pleasant & kind. I’ve used other companies in the past & they have nothing on this company! Call them now. Call them first! You won’t regret it!

Anytime someone can see me the same day, I always give 5 stars. That's because I feel like that's the way business should be. They work to meet your schedule demands rather than force you to work to theirs with appointments. First off, full disclosure, the business front is FAR from impressive. It looks old, rundown, dirty, the door doesn't close properly, and it doesn't have air conditioning. However, there are more things in life than having a great looking business front. One of those things is that the business owner is fair with his prices, where you're not getting bent over for that Keurig coffee cup that you might enjoy at some other place. For a new windshield for crossover suv, I paid $350. Now, considering inflation, supply chain shortages, and everything else, I can recognize a good deal when I see one. I say that even in spite of ALL the shortcomings this business has. Honesty and fairness go a long way. The fact that the owner was able to fit me on the same day is just gravy. Hence, 5 stars Update: it's a year later. 7/14/2024 I still stand by what I said about this business. It's honest and fair. My windshield is still top notch, no chips and no cracks. I haven't needed to replace it. One thing I didn't mention in my original review was that not only was I fairly treated, but the lady who served the front desk was very friendly.

I was so much more impressed with glassworks than my interactions with Safelite. Safelite is the one that my insurance by default uses. Trying to enter the information online at Safelite site since they make it really hard to talk to a person, The site made it sound like the glass was going to be really cheap, but they reminded you that your vehicle would need calibration and made you agree to that, though you could not get any pricing online. When I couldn’t reach anybody for that price, I use the chat bot who assured me when I got to the end of the online process it would tell me that information. It did not. When I finally was able to get a hold of someone, they told me they were going to charge me $499 To calibrate the mirror. And a safe flight solution Agent that took my claim for State Farm insurance was very rude. Also, Safelite was not going to be able to get me in for a week. I canceled the Safelite online schedule and gave glassworks a call. They seem to work very closely with State Farm as well and we’re able to get me in the very next day. It was convenient that the Apple barrel Café was just a couple blocks away, so I went down and had breakfast and sat there and use their free Internet until my car was done. Well, I have not driven the car a lot since the glass replacement. Everything looked good and so far all of my automated features like adaptable, cruise, and Blindspot notification seemed to be working fine. I would definitely go back and use these guys again.
