I first called Act Fast about 2-1/2 years ago. They showed up at the scheduled time, replaced my very chipped & cracked windshield in my driveway! I loved it! About 2 months ago I noticed the rubber fitting atop the roof portion of my windshield where the molding separated from the car. I called Act Fast. They scheduled a time & came over & fixed it. When the technician was done, he called me at my apartment, upstairs from where he was, in the parking lot, & told me he was done. I asked how much I owed him; He told me "no charge." Wow! I was flabbergasted! He said that Act Fast stands by their work & considered it a warranty call. Nice people! I recommend them to all my friends! I really can't thank this place enough honestly. I had a Rock go through my windshield when a SMAF dump truck passed me going opposite direction. They got me in very quick. I need to be able to drive to my infusions every other day so I really couldn't wait. I dropped the car off They did the windshield called when it was ready I went and was very impressed with the service. But one thing is they even vacuumed up the glass because they didn't want me getting into my car with all the glass everywhere. Keep in mind this large rock made glass go all over my seat behind the steering wheel, the dash EVERYWHERE. I can't thank them enough. They were beyond expectations and I even took the time and let my car insurance know how amazing this place was.

I highly recommend Oregon Windshield. My windshield got damaged while driving from Tennessee to Bend. Once I got situated in town I called and spoke with Victor. He was super nice and very accommodating. He was able to get me in the next morning which I very much appreciated, because I'm on standby for work and could get called out of town at any moment. He also gave me some recommendations and tips for dealing with my insurance, as well as a referral to a local window tint shop. I love when businesses refer customers to other businesses. It shows great character and confidence in their home town and fellow business owners. I hope to never have any windshield issues again, but if I do, I will definitely be calling Oregon Windshield. Honestly, if you need your windshield repaired, make this your 1st and last call. Had our 2022 Highlander in for replacement. They were unbelievably fast, clean and oh so professional. Had the windshield replaced in April of 2024. No leaks and all the camera calibration was done perfectly. We thought there was an issue with the calibration, but alas it was a view change button pushed unknowingly by husband. Haha, took the car back and the technician sat in the car, looked at the camera view and pushed the button till the view was "normal". He was so sweet. This is our choice for a glass repair shop. Trust me you won't be disappointed.
