I reached out midweek for a quote to replace my sad multi-crack windshield. I got a quote that was lower than what other places offered so I made an appt for this morning. Both of the folks (probably one was the owner, the other the employee) were professional and friendly. The employee showed me prior to installation that the new windshield is heated since there is no outside indication and even took a picture of my oil sticker since they couldn’t get it off. I’ll definitely use them again if needed and recommend them to others.

Several months ago, someone smashed out the back window of my 4Runner and stole my hockey bag near the Rose Garden while I was attending a Blazer game. I called All American and spoke to Jon, who was incredibly nice and helpful with my inconvenient situation. Less than 24 hours later, Jon had managed to source the replacement glass, and was in my driveway first thing working on the installation. Throughout the entire process, Jon was extremely kind and professional, going above and beyond the scope of work to deliver outstanding results. He cleaned up the entire cargo area which was covered in glass fragments, and then did a stellar job installing the rear window which is retractable and thus more complicated than a standard window. He even went so far as to clean and lubricate the assembly that operates the window, so now everything works even better than before. All of this was accomplished in a few short hours, and Jon really charged a low price for the high quality of work he delivered. After all was said and done, Jon offered to help replace some of the equipment that was stolen out of the vehicle. Just goes to show the high character of Jon, and the exceptional business values that matter to All American. Really cannot express my thanks enough for this. Overall, outstanding customer experience. If you need a window replaced on your vehicle, give Jon at All American a call.
