10/25/2024 Our windshields take a beating and we had a rock hit and crack our windshield Wednesday this week. Our issue was we were lending our car to a friend and the crack was unsafe as it went scythe whole driver’s side. Jimmy at Action Auto glass was amazing. He had the windshield in stock and had it replaced by Friday morning! It helps that Action Auto is an approved company with our auto insurance company. (USAA) Thank you to the amazing crew at Action Auto glass our car looks great with the new windshield. Update: Jimmy at Action Auto Glass is amazing. We got a nick in our windshield and he was quick to repair it. This is our first choice for any sort of windshield or car window repair. They are professional and so nice to work with that we wish all car repairs were this easy. Thanks Jimmy and Action Auto Glass. Our car dealership told us they would send our car to Jimmy at Action Auto Glass. They could not get our car in for four weeks. We called Jimmy directly and he got us in the next day. Went to the dealership and picked up the windshield and was great at getting things done. When we picked up the car he pointed out that we had a very new issue not related to the windshield but important to the use of the car. Alpha was recommended by a friend and I am so grateful to have worked with them-- After calling they offered to come to my house the very next day and replace the cracked front windshield on my Subaru Crosstrek. Due to my own concern with the rain, we decided to reschedule and it was no problem for them to visit the day after. The repairman was friendly and efficient, he finished the job in exactly 20 minutes. The best part is, their price for the service was much lower than the other glass repair shops I contacted. I don't expect any issues with the new windshield, but if anything happens they promised a lifetime warranty. Unclear on the details, but I would not hesitate to call since they were so easy to work with. The rude employee tracking mud around that is mentioned in the other reviews must not work there any more, so I wouldn't be concerned about that if I were you. Don't bother with the overpriced Subaru dealership, and long wait times. Support small businesses and get your car glass replaced here.

About 2 yrs ago I had the windshield of my 2017 Honda Ridgeline replaced by Safelite for $1400. I had to leave my truck at their shop all day. This time I decided to shop around. Nick gave me a quote of $622 to come to my residence and replace the windshield. He scheduled it for the very next day. His men arrived at the appointed time and made quick work of the job. By “quick” I mean 25 minutes! After a test drive I found that my lane keeper assist did not work. I texted Nick who responded immediately with a phone call. He sent a technician out the next day(Saturday) to evaluate the situation. The gentleman found that the pre installed bracket on the glass was defective. I tried calling the shop on Monday morning, but got voice mail. A couple minutes later my phone rang. It was the installers in front of my house ready to replace my windshield with a more expensive brand, at no extra charge. Job was done once again in 25 minutes. A test drive proved the LKAS was working properly! Needless to say I’m extremely happy with this business, and especially Nick and his crew who were very polite, courteous, and quick! I highly recommend this business and will use them again in the future if need arises.

My back quarter window was broken out, I’m on a budget and was dreading the cost and overall experience of getting it replaced. I contacted Jose on a Saturday afternoon, during a heat wave, after arriving to Pick and Pull unaware you had to pull your own parts- I’m unskilled to do this. Jose worked with my budget and drove to pick and pull and pulled the window for me. Jose welcomed us onto his covered patio, his son sanitized the table and offered us water and about 40 minutes later, we were on our way with a new window. Jose was honest, transparent and affordable with his pricing. Highly recommended!!

Update September 2023. It took a long time and a lot of patience on my behave, but he finally came and did the work. He is fully redeemed. I still promote him. He has a great personality does a good job and has good prices. ‐------------------------------------------------ He has done work before was very friendly good prices and good work. The the problem is, trying to get ahold of him and get him to actually show up or call back. I have been waiting about a week for him to get back to me again. This is the 3rd time that I had to play the waiting game and keep calling him back. When he calls back he says he'll check for the part and you never hear from him again. Yet my car window is still not done. Dec 2021. Jan 2022. Aug 2023 If he doesn't want to do a job he should say that instead of having people wait around. It's kind of a bummer because hes really a nice guy.

I had the windshield on my Lexus RX replaced here back in December, and before that, I came in for a chip repair in 2022. I’ve always had a great experience, which is why I consider myself a loyal customer. Recently, though, due to a hectic schedule, I ended up going to Safelite since they’re closer to me. That turned out to be a huge mistake. Just a few hours after picking up my car, I noticed the auto-sensing wipers weren’t functioning properly. I called Safelite’s Portland location, but got routed to a call center. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with didn’t really understand the issue and couldn’t offer much help. They booked me for a follow-up… two weeks out. That didn’t sit right with me, so I reached out to Brad at Collision Auto. He replied quickly and told me to come by the same day—they’d take a look. That alone speaks volumes about their customer service. I showed up, and the team immediately checked things out, explained what was wrong, and to my surprise—they fixed the sensor right then and there, completely free of charge. No hassle, no hidden fees. Just honest, quality service. This is what sets Collision Auto apart. They’re not just in it for profit—they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. Meanwhile, companies like Safelite might be convenient, but they lack that personal touch and attention to detail. Even though Collision Auto is a 45 to 50-minute drive for me, I won’t think twice about coming back. Brad and his team have earned my trust, and I’m sticking with them for the long run. Huge thanks again to Brad and the crew. You guys are the best.

I am so impressed with how quickly Trey responded go my call for help after hours. I was receiving quotes that were almost double what I was quoted with Evergreen Auto Glass. My back window (I have an SUV) was shattered and not secure. They were able to come out the next afternoon to my workplace. Trey even offered to install my back wiper motor free of charge if I got the part. I am so happy with the lifetime warranty, instructions for the next couple of days and how helpful he was. While I hope I don't need a window replaced again, I will absolutely call Evergreen and will recommend them to anyone with full confidence.

I am so happy with this place. I passed it a couple times before finally finding itt, I think p because the orange color mislead me into processing it as under construction and it's a little "residential house"-shaped but it was so worth it . Tmy windshield had been essentially shattered by a "friend"'s fist in a completely unprovoked incident months before and I coul neither afford to fix it immediately nor abstain from driving, so i delt wit it for months until finally this place presented a price I couldn't refuse (the sign out front professes to beat anyone else's ) alhough my car model is pretty uncommon they had a windshield on hand and were able to book me quickly and do a wonderful, timely and professional job (without so much as acknowledging what a mess my ride is!) The result is absolutely flawless, and in fact, when I first saw it I couldn't help but break into a totally uncharacteristic and unadultered grin (which caused them to beam back at me). I no longer have to restrict driving, entertain excessive police solicitation and wince any time anyhing touches or comes near my windshield or I encounter a bumpy/bump in the road . I mean, I still do(wince), but just out of habit, and the immediate realization that I no longer have to worry about it and the accompanying relief quickly supercedes it. I'm so so glad I/they finally took care of it and can't recommend this place enough!

I called to inquire about repairing a chip on our windshield that had happened the day before. The person on the phone asked a few questions and then told me it sounded like the Glass America technician would be able to make a repair of our windshield, rather than a replacement. An appointment was scheduled. I was told that on the day of my scheduled repair I would get a text to inform me when that day a technician would arrive. I got a text and a technician arrived at the arranged time. The repair took about 20 minutes. The technician was friendly and courteous. All in all my experience with Glass America was a good experience .

A small rock chip ignored for a day or two turned into a full blown crack across the windshield while stuck in traffic. I shopped around and requested a few quotes from shops and the thing about Kaizen that stood out to me was the friendly, very prompt service. I asked 3 shops for a quote early in the morning and Kaizen (John) responded back within minutes and we discussed several options and scheduling that would fit into our schedule. Our working hours conflict with his business hours, but John was extremely accommodating which I was pleased about. It shows you the extra mile these guys go for their customers. Even though 1 of the 3 shops I reached out to quoted me a little less, I went with Kaizen because of this. I brought the car in, dropped it off around 3PM and came back 2 hours later (after they had closed) and it was ready for us to take home. I'm sure it was done long before that, but the fact that they waited for me shows their customer service. Service was straight forward, friendly and prompt with reasonable/competitive prices. I would recommend these guys if you need auto glass repairs of any sort. Thanks again, John and team, for working with our schedules and getting us in quickly. It is much appreciated!

WOW. I’m genuinely blown away with the service and care I received at Mobile Auto Glass. I woke up on the 4th of July (Friday morning) to a smashed car window, and accepted that I would not be able to get it serviced until Monday since it was a holiday weekend. NOPE. They had it finished in less than 2 hours!! Deets- So I came outside, saw my window, googled ‘car glass places near me’ , found them, saw on the website they do cash payment or take a ton of insurances. I called their number on a whim feeling like maybe I could leave a VM or get more info from a recording. I was shocked when Marcus called me back in less than 60 seconds, left me a text and I called him back. He told me I could head right over, . I drove over, was met with a kind, efficient, genuine human. Dropped my car and did my insurance claim on the phone in the parking lot. Marcus texted me in 5 minutes showing they had recived the claim from my insurance. (Above and beyond!!) In less than two hours they called and said my car was ready! I drove out with a brand new window and the vacuumed out all the glass etc :). Also want to say that going to car garages can be very intimidating for me as a woman, and queer at that, and I received nothing but genuinely kind, personable, and solid service. No condescending explanations, just great transparent service. They are family owned and just awesome people. My partner went back a week later and got this tiny removed for a super amazing price and great service. Highly recommend and will go back if I need anything glass or tint related or anything else they offer!
