I used Safelite Auto Glass to have my rear glass repaired at my home location. The individual responsible for the repair, Derik, was very professional and knowledgeable. He completed the repair at the scheduled time and in the allotted time that was anticipated. He took his time to thoroughly answer all my questions and was very courteous in all his interactions with me.
