These guys (and gal and the "hardest working newbie") are legit. I had a chip in my windshield leaving lake Tahoe which splintered into something awful and was just getting worse. I have a 2022 vehicle and my wife was quoted a thousand dollars by the dealership, two hundred less than that at a random auto glass shop. Then I remembered Ajax and I couldn't be more satisfied. I ended up paying a quarter of what the dealership offered going through Ajax. When you call for a quote, know what your vehicle has with regards to your windshields. It's important to know if your car has: lane departure warnings, impact sensor warnings, rain sensors, and heads up display; this of course pertains to newer vehicles. I have a 2000 Toyota that'll need glass too. If your are satisfied with the price you need to go in and put in a deposit so they can order the glass. I put half of the deposit down on a Friday and was told if no one calls me I'll be good to go on Monday. I arrived Monday morning at 9am and my car was immediately brought in for my windshield replacement. The gentleman who worked on my car was quick and mindful. Although he had this look on his face every so often where he looked like he was blowing into a trumpet, sometimes in frustration. He was frustrated by all the wires, probably because I wasn't smart enough to remove my dash cam from the glass, that's my fault. Otherwise, I was given specific instructions for aftercare, paid, and sent on my way. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

My car was broken into overnight. The junkie tried prying my door open with a crowbar, bending the frame, and when that didn't work, smashed my window. Upon recommendation of my normal neighborhood garage, I called Auto Glass Installed to see about replacing the window. The guy there said to bring it around whenever I can. Within two hours, Auto Glass Installed replaced the window, was able to bend the frame back in place, vacuumed up the remnants of broken glass and cleaned up dirt the junkie left behind on the door and steering wheel. AND...they did it at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend this to anyone in Fishtown that needs good, quick work done. They went the extra mile.

What can I say? This is probably the fastest and best glass service you can get in Philadelphia. I had a crack in my windshield, a good 12 inches long, due to a tiny pebble that expanded when I had tint applied to the front windshield. I literally called their number because the crack was an emergency fix. Dustin picked up, I explained the situation, and he had me covered. The glass took three days to arrive, but during the waiting period, I kept texting Dustin, and he answered all my questions and concerns, question after question, concern after concern, all answered. He was easy to work with. When the glass came in, Dustin and his buddy Johnny came to my car and replaced it in just 20 minutes. The glass was affordable, unlike other professional services like Safelite, which wanted to charge me $800 for the windshield (and that's before labor). Dustin charged me an affordable price plus labor, and that was that. Dustin also knows other vehicle services and had referrals. My car needed recalibration, and in two days, his referral recalibrated my sensors in 45 minutes at an affordable price, ensuring everything worked. They test drove it, gave it the all clear, and even found and cleared error codes on my car. Dustin, Johnny, and his referral took care of me, cleared all concerns, and went above and beyond. It's probably why he has a 5 star rating on Google Maps. Dustin and his crew are not a slimy auto service that jacks you for cash. His team is straightforward, affordable, helpful, and, most importantly, efficient and quick. We all love our cars and want them back ASAP. Should my car have any other problems, I'll hit up Dustin and his team and get it figured out. Thanks, Dustin, Johnny, and Sham!

This place was absolutely wonderful! I had such a terrible morning with waking up to my car being broken into, window broken, glass everywhere throughout the car. My daughters car seat was filled with glass, her area had glass all over it. They had my window done in such a timely matter and cleaned every piece of glass I could see. Even cleaned up my car as it was a mess from being rummage through. Would highly recommend the entire shop. The lady at the desk was so comforting, the guy in the office was so full of life, the man that cleaned and repaired my car was just great! Everyone! Go there! Btw I called safelite they were much more money and couldn’t have it done until a day and a half later.
