This was the first place I called when I needed my windshield replaced after a big cracked appeared. They called me back less than 24 hours after I sent my request, gave me a quote over the phone, and set up an appointment to do work right away. The work was done in my driveway and very quickly. Jeff's Auto Glass is the best! I have a 2015 Subaru Legacy and took a stone to the windshield shortly after purchasing the vehicle. Brittany stopped by to look at my windshield and indicated it would need to be replaced. She provided a coupon that helped offset my deductible. We scheduled an appointment for the tech to come to my home to replace the windshield. The day prior to the scheduled installation Liz called to confirm my appointment and was very pleasant. Ed, the tech called the morning of the appointment to let me know when he would arrive. He was on time and did a great job in replacing my windshield. I wished all service companies operated in this manner. If you have a windshield that needs replaced, call Jeff's Auto Glass and ask for Brittany - you'll be happy with the result.

I recently had a smashed rear driver’s side window and needed to get it replaced fairly quickly. I called Ryan’s Auto Glass in Sharpsburg, and they were able to fit me in the next morning. When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted promptly and kindly by the woman at the front of the shop. The crew at Ryan’s replaced my window in under an hour and left the back of the car looking spotless after cleaning up the shattered glass. My window looks as good as new, and I sincerely appreciate the courtesy and exemplary work of the staff at Ryan’s Auto Glass. One never wants to discover a cracked windshield when they get up for work but I did. I was able to make the appointment and get a quote from Safelite online! I had the choice of driveway or shop repair. I chose the shop for 2 reasons-1 I didn’t want to pay the up charge for driveway and 2 the weather in February is iffy. I arrived at 8:15 for an 8:30 appointment. The receptionist explained the repair process and then the tech came in. He explained everything they would do-including how to replace my inspection stickers! I was quoted 2 hours for the repair on the web but he promised 60 minutes. I let my suv in their hands and got timely texts as to the process along the way. 90 minutes later I walked out of the shop with a completely replaced windshield and a smile on my face. Amazing service! I scheduled through my insurance for a large crack in my windshield requiring replacement. Bob and Bill in the office reached out to me because it was calling for rain the day of my appointment - thanks guys, and on top of that they got me rescheduled after I missed my original appointment (same day) But humongous shoutout to Cody!! He was my technician in the shop, I bought my 2017 Altima used and it was in an accident before causing the windshield to need replacing. The last guy did a piss poor job and you could tell. Cody (at Safelite) in his replacement went above and beyond to rectify the issues from the last replacement. My vin # was blacked out with urethane. And on the inside there was a large piece of padding sticking out on the dash. I came here fully expecting another average replacement, nothing average about these guys. Thanks Cody, I will definitely be back.

I first noticed my windshield had cracked while on my way to work. I called Xtreme Autoglass Repair in an anxious mess, and they talked me down, explained that the windshield wouldn't just explode and fall onto me immediately. I set up an appointment for the weekend due to my busy work schedule conflicting with their business hours. When making the appointment, I had to put down a deposit. They sent me a link with a little description of what needed done with my appointment information and I reserved that time slot. The day before my appointment, they called to tell me I needed to come in earlier due to my car needing more hands than had been on schedule for the original time. I agreed to move it up and they sent me a phone reminder. The day of, I arrived early due to my anxiety, I got there and they were very polite, professional, and friendly. They took my car and replaced the windshield. I was in and out within 50 minutes. I would highly recommend.
