Brian arrived on time and ready to repair the windshield for our Audi A4 SUV. However, upon inspection he recommended we replace the windshield. He explained that while the damage could be repaired, the specific condition of the damage (a double hit by the same pebble) created two impressions within the same damaged area. This made different layers and textures. He said the repair would fix the damaged area to halt any spread of the crack/more damage and the visual damage would be mitigated, not resolved. I truly appreciated his detailed explanation and honesty about the end result which would have been a less than appealing visual repair. For me, I wanted both the damage fixed and no visual indicator it had happened as they were equally important. If I ever need another repair I will not hesitate to call Brian. His only concern was my complete satisfaction and he gave me all the information to make the correct decision for me. He also gave me the name of a glass person who is also a local business owner (not a chain organization) who he has used for his and his wife's windshield replacements.
