In need of a new windshield for my wife's car, and potentially my pick up truck, I called our 'go to' shop we've used throughout the years but found that they were no longer in business. Bummed out, I browsed & browsed until I found one that felt good enough with to call ~ Affordable Auto Glass. From the moment the phone was picked up it was a great experience, and reminiscent of the way that I with mine, and my grandmother, operated her 'successful' small business for decades! Cordial, professional, accommodating and just simply pleasant on all levels. And, not just "Affordable", but best price around - especially for having it 'conveniently' done in your driveway - this is a total no brainer people!!!! ~ Ms. Dolly, you are awesome!! Happy with 'every' aspect, I opted for both windshields and we scheduled them to be done. Appointment day (today)! As informed, I received messages from both Dolly and Billy confirming and informing me of ETA ~ so few take, or follow through with, those appreciative steps these days! Once Billy showed up and we started talking (Billy is very professional, personable, and just a great guy to talk with) I find out that he had actually worked for our no longer in business 'go to' windshield shop for years......talk about blessings!! Billy is AWESOME!! He did both windshields (a Ford F250 4x4 and a 4 door Ford sedan) by himself (a true working man!!) in such an orderly, neat and efficient manner....in our driveway...... in no time at all ~ what service!! And after he was done, there were zero signs of him being there, minus the new windshields of course. Once again, 'clean', productive, efficient, professional, convenient.....just AWESOME on every level! I cannot thank you guys enough for a job(s) WELL DONE!! Billy, I really wish that I could of given you a tip my friend, as you truly deserved one. But the next best thing that I can, and will, do is to recommend you guys to anyone and everyone I know and hear of needing glass service! Thus was the best experience you could ask for with having to deal with a windshield repair or replacement. Its already a stressful situation but let me tell you the staff at Patriot Auto Glass make the process seemless and stress-free and not to mention affordable. From the moment you walk in the door you are warmly greeted by anyone who's around. They are very clear about the process and charges before doing the work. I can not stress that enough, they are VERY affordable and their work is top notch. I had a windshield replaced and recalibrated and I was done within two hours. I can not say enough positive words about this company they are the place to go for auto glass.

Thank God for Donna. This woman works miracles ! I stopped in to inquire about replacing the windshield on my older Toyota Solara. Knowing this was not the most common vehicle, I expected this to take some time. After initially making an appointment for 7:00 am the following day, I was texted by Safelite's regional office to say that my appointment was rescheduled for the following week, with no further explanation. Donna called me to see why I did not show up for my appointment. When I explained about the text, she said "give me a couple of minutes and I'll call you back". She tracked down a windshield in the warehouse in Connecticut, called me right back as promised, told me to come in, and by mid afternoon I was on my way to get my vehicle inspected. This nice lady went the extra mile to take care of me and really exemplifies the meaning of great customer service. As I was waiting for my windshield replacement, I listened to how she treated each customer, that either walked in or called, with great respect, kindness and courtesy. In general, it seems that customer service has fallen by the wayside these days, but not in this shop, and not with Donna. I hope that her superiors realize what an asset she is to Safelite Autoglass and recognize her appropriately. By the way, my beautiful, shiny new windshield was installed in one hour by a very professional technician, whose name I unfortunately did not get. My thanks to everyone. This shop easily deserves more than the allowed 5 stars !

Great experience. I had a large crack in my windshield and submitted a claim through my insurance on a Sunday. By midday Monday, Sparkle City Auto Glass had contacted to take my information and arrange an appointment. I was able to make an appointment for Wednesday that same week and everything was taken care of in about 1.5 hours that day. It was convenient to have the option of making arrangements via text or phone call, since I was at work on Monday and more accessible via text during the day. We finalized arrangements via phone call shortly after 6pm, so their hours were broad. I received a reminder text the day before my appointment. My appointment was on time and everything was replaced and squeaky clean afterwards. Even all my various appliqués (registration sticker, parking stickers, fast pass) were removed and replaced on the new windshield. Very happy with the whole experience.
