Staff was very helpful with assisting talking to the insurance initially, very knowledgeable of SC glass coverage laws, spoke to representatives of insurance on my behalf when needed, patient, quick/efficient. Did the well at removing broken glass pieces, gave great dos and don’ts for after care. Loved these guys! Very kind very knowledgeable, would go back for any future repairs. Hope I don’t have to but I choose them again. (Residue from glue from tape I used prior to the fix to cover hole with plastic not from them)

BEST mobile service! My college son's car windshield broke, which was claimed for insurance; the receptionists were professional & immediately responsive, scheduled to dispatch mobile service right next day. My kid was busy all day @ school (lives alone in Columbia far away from family), so mobile service was the best option, but still hard to believe the tech came on time just next day, completed windshield replacement 100% to our satisfaction with such a sincerity. It was a day before Valentine Day; my son couldn't be happier, he then drove his repaired car, could get flower for his GF perfectly on time!! I found Deans AutoGlass LLC recommended in the Road Blocks group on Facebook. I contacted him about 8 AM and he answered very quickly. I let him know that I needed a windshield replaced ASAP. He took some information for me and told me he would be in touch. He got back in touch with me very quickly in a timely manner, letting me know that he would be able to procure the windshield and gave me my price at that point. I was satisfied with the price, it was actually the most affordable out of all of the places I had called that morning, On top of that, he let me schedule a same-day appointment and was finished with the windshield in about 45 minutes. He is also mobile and willing to meet you in range. Highly recommend Him and his business. Very quick! Work looks good!

I’m going to try not to cry as I write this. 1st choice literally saved me today! This is news years eve, it’s cold and rainy. My car window was smashed early morning during a rash of break-ins in my neighborhood. I am a fulltime Uber/lyft driverAnd I HAVE to have my car to pay bills. I have so many due now during this horrible time and absolutely cannot afford to take a day off. Especially, busy New Year’s Eve. This company was the first that I called (based off reviews) and Shelly was above and beyond amazing. I mean more than any another company/business that I have ever a day in life dealt with. She immediately jumped into action to help me and I am now (only 2 hours after first talking to her) sitting in their lobby as Alex is repairing my window. He walked out and greeted me with a smile in the cold rain and assured me he would get it done quickly. He was so nice. Amy inside, was equally as warm and nice. They are being so amazing that in New Year’s Eve, I’m actually going to make it to the tint shop now my 2:30 to get that done, and still be able to drive tonight to make the money to pay my bills. I hope many people read this review and find it helpful. There is one thing dealing with a company that does good work, but quite another level when they also have compassion. Please use them.
