DISCLAIMER: Not an ad, nor do I receive anything from making this post. Only a repeat customer who was always happy with the services I received, but absolutely in awe of my experience this time. This is my 2nd or 3rd time using 20/20 Auto Glass Repair. Because I was putting this through my insurance this time, I allowed my insurance to make an appointment with a different company, only to live to regret that decision. After waiting 5 weeks for repair only to have the company cancel, I requested my insurance to make an appointment with 20/20. Their extremely kind technician, Tony, has serviced our needs before. Hearing of our dilemma (waiting 5 weeks for repair with the other company) this wonderful man took it upon himself to help us by squeezing us in onto his own busy schedule by using his own time, a kindness that was absolutely astounding, and virtually unheard of in this day and age! He took time away from his family to come to our home and replace/install/recalibrate our windshield quickly, efficiently and with a smile on his face and now- thanks to him-my husband will no longer have to take time off to take me to my numerous medical appointments. Their pricing is competetive with the other repair/services in our area, but their customer service, due to Tony and others like him, is second to none! I've written to my insurance agent to request that they make 20/20 Auto Glass Repair the provider of choice in my file, and I strongly urge anyone reading this to do the same. Making them your first call of choice will probably be the only call you have to make.

Auto Glass Now was the first glass company to answer my phone call with a live person. I spoke with Jack and listened to me and worked diligently to meet my need. I had grown frustrated with the preferred company of my insurance company so decided to search elsewhere. My experience with this company has been a high five from the initial call to the techs who put in my jeep windshield. Very professional and excellent time management skills. Brightview Auto Glass is hands down the best way to have your windshield fixed or replaced. They are very professional and prompt when it comes to taking care of there customers. I have 96 Honda Civic that is heavily modified from ground up. Most places wouldn't even do a windshield replacement because of the modifications but brightview promptly took care of my needs. The gentleman they sent out was very courteous and professional.. I recommend them 10/10 over any competitor.. thank you Brightview Auto Glass .. sorry they only allow 5 stars .. you deserve 10

Resilient Auto Glass!!! This place is by far the BEST customer service that will make SC shine for me. Window was stuck down and thought it was the regulator. Found this place on Google after having five different quotes ranging from $350 - $700. Yikes. I took the door panel off and stored in the back seat four days earlier while i searched for a regulator I could install myself. I needed to travel long distance and was desperate and saddened about the cost. I initially called and received a text woth quote within minutes. After calling back I asked if the window could just be placed back up. He had noticed my telephone number was out of state. I told him the situation and to come on in. Upon arrival he greeted me with a handshake and smile. Driving a bit of distance to the location , I had to use the facilities. Three minutes had not passed and when I returned the window was up. Literally 3 minutes!! Turns out it was NOT the regulator, but the switch. Saving me some nearly hundreds!! A small fix no more than 30 solid bucks I could do later. Micheal and his office did NOT charge one cent!! FREE, FREE, FREE, Gratis!!! I would highly recommend this place. I even got to meet and greet with the five month old pup! This greatly made my day and my travel. THANK YOU, MICHAEL!! The customer service and friendly welcome are worth more than five stars, you are a MILLION!! I am truly grateful.
