They are busy but FRIENDLY...I walked in and I got the first available appointment which was 2 weeks out. It was perfectly fine me given the situation, ie everyone has gotten damage to their glass in these last 2 storms so they are very BUSY. A full windshield replacement is a 2 hr job. I woke up at 7A. I dropped my car off at 740A. (As a reminder make an appointment for early morning, then drop off early, and plan accordingly.) I went to Taco Bell for a breakfast burrito and took a Lyft home. As my Lyft turned the corner my car was in shop being worked on!! I got home, started laundry and got a call around 900A. My car was done and available for pickup after 10A. So I got a.Lyft back and showed.up at 1035A, paid my invoice and was out and about getting coffee. The parts, kit, and labor was beyond reasonable and competitively priced. I definitely recommend these guys 100% They are friendly, professional, and great to work with. There results are impressive. *** I was told to take the blue tape off late afternoon, and no car washes for 3 days. Will do!! Thanks guys!! Total time: 150 minutes Wow!! Just do it!! The new windshield is superior to the OEM windshield I got originally. Spotless work, looks sharp!!

I had a fantastic experience getting my windshield replaced here. I see why there are so many positive reviews. I had a huge crack in my windshield and needed it replaced. At first I scheduled with Safelite but they were rescheduling and after looking at their online reviews I canceled and scheduled here. I’m so glad I did! Very easy to work with, friendly staff with great communication. I was able to use my insurance and pay the deductible at their facility. I waited at the location to have my windshield replaced. There is a sitting area with a TV and wireless internet. Replacement was quick and the longest part was waiting for the glass to seal. If I have any other issues, I’ll definitely return here.

The positive is that it was quick getting in for an appointment and the windshield was installed properly. The negatives, the staff was incredibly rude, argumentative, and liked to mansplain. The woman the front desk threw my keys on the desk when I came I to pick up my car. She then kept trying to get me to sign paperwork before I had a chance to read it. I told her I was going to read the paperwork before signing and she huffed at me and rolled her eyes. They also didn't check when closing my hood and kinked my washer fluid tubing so that it was no longer working. I called in yesterday, distraught that my driver's window was shattered. Both Dave and Mike were amazing. They were empathetic and caring. Unfortunately, my window would have to be brought in from Omaha so it would be the next day (today) before they could get to it. I brought my car in at around 9:15am and received the call that it was ready at 10:20am. When I picked up the car, it was thoroughly vacuumed and ready to go. Of the four other places I called, I received this level of service from one other but they were $100 more. I'm so happy and thankful for Sioux Falls Auto Glass!!

Edit 8/23/16 - Still an awesome service company. I called at 10:30 AM with a broken rear door window and it was fixed before 1PM the same day. They even vacuumed areas that didn't have glass. OLDER REVIEW - What a great company to do business with. Dave was very helpful setting up the appointment and picking up my truck at my office. When they returned it a couple of hours later with a new windshield the service tech was very thorough in his instructions after the replacement. Very painless and they are cost competitive too.

These guys are incredible!! It took me longer to drive there than it took to get my windshield chips repaired. When I drove in, they instructed me to pull in the shop. They then said you can just sit in the car while we make the repair. They were done in about 5 minutes, plus I got to see how the repair was made. If the repair should ever fail, they will put my costs towards a new windshield. Very friendly and courteous! A too sharp turn caused our 5th wheel to take out our back truck window. Completely shattered. We were in Nebraska and traveling to South Dakota to visit family. We called Dave at about 4PM on Thursday from Nebraska. He ordered the glass on the spot, had us in and out in under an hour on Friday morning and even cleaned up the shattered glass in the pick up bed. Shelly at the front desk was kind and personable. Had a chip in my windshield that I thought I could ignore. It ended up cracking across my field of view over winter. Was able to get my windshield replaced for the lowest price, with a lifetime warranty, and they got it done exactly when they said they would. Just recently I got another chip in my windshield and they were able to fix it right away and fast. I don't remember who fixed it (I'm bad with names) but everyone here has been super friendly. Great service can't recommend enough!

Great auto glass shop. Highly recommend. My back window blew out of my car in the May derecho that passed through town. Lots of people needing glass replacement all at once. They had the soonest appointment out of everywhere I called and I was able to get in super fast. There was a scheduling mess up that was resolved right away. They went above and beyond. Had the glass installed in under an hour and it looks amazing. Highly recommend to use them for your auto glass needs.

I had a great experience with Sioux Falls Auto Glass. I had wonderful service from beginning to end. The front desk went above and beyond to help me with my claim and the technicians were equally as polite and accommodating. I had some bad luck that resulted in me getting both my front and back windshields repaired, and they helped me as soon as possible. They had me out on the road in no time. I am thoroughly impressed and would recommend anyone to go there.
