I was working with my insurance company and Safelite. I don’t know why, but I was told they did not have a front windshield for my 25 Toyota Land Cruiser. they said they needed to order it from Japan. I got a crack in it in January and had been waiting seven months with many excuses! I finally got tired of that and called the local Toyota dealership who recommended Tennessee Valley Auto Glass! Once I got the Insurance Company to switch over to this TN Valley Auto-glass, Andrew had me a windshield for install in three days! The only reason it took three days was because they don’t do windshields on the weekend! They came out today and did a beautiful job of installing the new windshield and adjusting and calibrating all the electronics that are on this model for the front windshield! Always on the lookout for the best deal, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Andrew's quote was about $500 less than what my local and surrounding Honda dealers were offering. Despite the 3-hour drive to Knoxville, I decided to go with Tennessee Valley Auto Glass. Andrew was incredibly accommodating with scheduling my windshield replacement and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. My sister and I have the same car, and since getting both our windshields replaced, neither of us has had any issues with the glass nor our programming/sensor systems. My vehicle was broken into over the weekend and my window was shattered as the way they entered. I called one company who wanted me to wait over a week before they could come out not caring I had a small child and it was already getting super cold. Our windshield replacement on a 2019 Toyota RAV4 was done perfectly. It looks like a factory installation. Andrew (office) & Will (installation) were very informative and courteous. They worked with the Knoxville Toyota dealership after the installation for camera realignment. That was also a very positive experience with quality service. My fiancée, Barbara & I highly recommend this company.

The owner of this company is honest and trustworthy. I was advised by auto repair shop that I needed windshield re-set or potential replacement to stop a leak. But when Andrew came out, he discovered the car’s drain holes were plugged with debris. He cleaned them and no leaks-even after a very heavy rain storm! I would not hesitate to call on Tennessee Valley Auto Glass.

My front windshield had a huge crack in it and I called Toyota of Knoxville and they referred me to Tennessee Valley Auto glass. I called and spoke to Andrew who got back to me in an hour with the quote. I scheduled the work 2 days later, they came to my house and I had a new windshield 1 hour later. I highly recommend this company !

I called to get my back window replaced on my truck because water was getting inside, Andrew informed me that it might be the 3rd brake light leaking instead of my window, I fixed it and no more water! Great customer service, he could have told me/charged me anything to fix the problem but instead offered cheaper solutions first.
