They are Dishonest Crooks. They told me they would recalibrated my camera on my SUV after replacing the windshield, they did not. I asked Tony 3 times did he recalibrate camera he keep saying Yes. After I got in my car to drive the functions of the camera on the dashboard did not work. I called him back and he told me to call the dealership and take it there to get it calibrate and they would pay for it. I called the Honda dealership and they told me price of $396, I called Tony back and he said I have a guy that can do that. Take your vehicle to this dealership on Nolensville Rd. I took it there and they did not fix it. Told me to bring it back Monday and they guy who they trusted would fix it, took it back Monday and he still did not fix it. I called Tony back and he said I Don't care you are on your own lady. DO NoT Do Business With This Company they are Liars, and Jack Legged Wind shield replacers with No Equipment to fix Newer Model Cars. I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible experience. Paid $165 for a side window to be put in and he literally taped the glass to the door once he put the glass in. I should have knew that he was no good when he charged me first and would not let me come to him. Now all of a sudden my motor is out so he cant fix it unless i pay him another $150 .. I would not reccomend . youll be wasting your money. I called at least 10 places including my insurance company. Nobody could help on Saturday. I kept getting told Monday, Tuesday or even the 30th. I called here. This gentleman came to me within 30 min and had me back on the road in another 30 min. GREAT customer service!! This place had the lowest price to replace my windshield and they provided mobile service as well at no extra charge. The installer was very friendly and helpful. If I ever need glass service again this will be my first call. Having cash for quoted price is best.

They gave one price when I called and the day of service they charged something else after is was done and wasn't very friendly or nice I wouldn't every use this company again
