AA AUTO GLASS

While cutting my yard, a rock accidentally hit and shattered my back window. I contacted AA Auto Glass, and from the very first conversation, I was impressed by their professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency. I called them at 9:00 AM on a Saturday. After verifying my car's make and model and confirming that the glass was in stock, I was informed that a technician would be out within 30 minutes. True to their word, at 9:25 AM, the technician called to let me know he had arrived. Within just 20 minutes, all the broken glass was meticulously cleaned up, the new glass was installed, and the door panels were reassembled with all screws and snaps securely in place. The window was also cleaned, and I was ready to go. If 20 stars were available, I would gladly give all 20 to this company. Not only were they exceptionally professional, but their prices were also very affordable—lower than the other five glass companies I contacted. AA Auto Glass is definitely a company to keep!

Fast and responsive. Happy to text with me since I was working. Let me send photos and videos of the issues. They sent Omar and he did a wonderful job. Where I’m from (in Colorado) many mall, hardware store, and supermarket parking lots have chip repair tents that service people all day. It’s so easy to pull up and get your chip repaired. I just moved to Nashville and I had to call 10 other companies before I found one (AA Auto Glass) that would even do chip repair. I didn’t think it would be so hard, lol. Regardless, Omar came. Did a great job. Filled other chips that I had in the windshield. Charged a reasonable price. I was also offered a refund if the repair didn’t work.

Amazing service! Called 3 other vehicle window replacement companies and it would be minimum 2 weeks. Called AA Auto Glass and they scheduled and replaced at my location within 2 hours of my call!!! Ahmad is a great and respectful guy. He did an fantastic job on our mini van Honda Odyssey windshield and he also help us remove the keys from out of the car which wasn’t his job and I appreciated that and also recommended him to anyone if you have to replace an windshield. These guys are great! Someone broke into my car yesterday afternoon, and AA Auto Glass had my car window replaced by noon today. The man who fixed my window was nice and very communicative. I'm very grateful for their free mobile service, since driving my car to the shop without a window in the rain would have sucked.

We were traveling through the area and he was able to work us into his schedule to repair a rock chip in our recently replaced windshield before it ran. These are the before photos.

They damaged my car's inside window trim and would not own up to the damage. In my opinion they are NOT to be trusted. If I could give zero stars, I would.
