Best auto glass repair shop in the Spring Branch area! Max and his team provided excellent service from start to finish. While most shops take some time to provide you an estimate/quote for the part to replace, A&A immediately identified they had my Audi sunroof in stock for a very fair and discounted price. I took my car in early morning and the job was completed within the same day, which took 4-5 hours, which is great as other places may not finish same day. Quality of the job was done very professionally and pristine. There were no chips or defects in the replacement and the car looks just like new. You can tell they put extra care and attention to details in their work, which is very much appreciated. Overall, this place is highly recommended for anyone who is experiencing an unexpected auto glass accident and is in the Spring Branch area.

Here's some good advice: fix your small rock chips immediately, otherwise, the crack spreads over time and you end up having to replace the entire window. I kept putting it off and putting it off and noticed that the crack got bigger with every car wash. Anyway, it had spread through half the window once I decided to call someone. I called Vince and asked if he could just fix the window. He asked me how big the crack was and when I told him he told me I would have to replace it. I knew I had waited too long but in the back of my mind I was hoping for a different response. Anyway, he came with the glass and fixed it in my driveway. The whole thing took a little longer than an hour I think. The price was reasonable and my car looks fine. I just wish I would have spent $35 to fix a small crack instead of $275 to replace a whole window but lesson learned.

Today I was driving home from work and had the misfortune of a truck kicking up a rock into my windshield. I ended up with a chip in the glass. I got a price quote from Safelite and couldn't believe how expensive it was. My buddy suggested I try a few local shops. I contacted Able glass and the owner Chris was prompt and professional. He was able to squeeze me in right before his shop closed for the day. The quality of the work was excellent. Chris is very honest and upfront(he has transparent pricing on his website). If you decide to wait while he fixes it, they have a nice office area to sit and read or watch TV. Great to see a local business providing a valuable service in his community.

If you got windshield damage and have no time to deal with appointment scheduling, missing work, or renting a car while waiting on windshield replacement, I highly recommend A Good Glass, LLC. I got a rock chip that started to spread within a few minutes of the direct hit. I was devastated since I could not miss work and needed a replacement ASAP. A Good Glass, LLC provided a quote fast and also responded to all my questions right away. They arrived at my work address within 2 hours and replaced and recalibrated the system within 1,5 hours. It was convenient for me because my work schedule was not affected, and I could drive home safely with a new windshield. Fantastic! It is worth driving across town to get your car glass replaced at this place. Fast - 47 minutes to replace a side window in my Toyota. Friendly - the guy at the front desk was courteous and willing to answer all of my questions about his glass suppliers. Quality Work - the power window worked just like it was new. Comparison to Competitor (same day) My first call: American Auto Glass 1401 Yale St Houston, TX 77008 Not Fast - The could not do the work until the next day and they needed the car all day. Not friendly - the lady at the front desk was not friendly. And, this place wanted $40 more to do the same job. Very MINOR Negative AAA Discount Auto Glass did not do a very thorough job vacuuming the easy to reach glass in the interior of the car. But, it was easy for me to do this and only took 5 minutes.

Firstly, Rick, the owner was a super nice and honest guy. He responded to text messages promptly and even called me back to educate me about the glass and window business. For context, my rental car rear passenger window had been smashed on a Saturday night at my grandmother’s apartment. There are very few shops open on Sunday to fix this problem and even fewer with available inventory on a Sunday because the warehouse with glass is closed on Sundays. ARGH Sunday! Rick was very honest with me about all these details and was willing to match the cheaper price I found for Monday. He encouraged me to wait instead of paying the ridiculously upcharged price to go to another shop that had my glass available on Sunday. Monday morning comes and Rick sends over Cole to take care of my car window. Cole was professional and speedy. He made sure all the glass was cleaned from the car and had a new window installed within 30 minutes. Even faster than Rick promised! I’m grateful to have found such a great company in my search on a Sunday morning. I would highly recommend All Star Windshield Repair to anyone. They also can meet with you at your home/location if you prefer! I included before/after photos and a video after. Window works great!

The sunroof track broke on my 2013 F150 and there's a hurricane bearing down on us. Dealer quoted $635 (just labor with 3-5 days wait, too long). A Texas Staunch quoted $400 and came to my apartment while I worked from home. Incredibly convenient. Would probably come to an office too. I already overnighted the replacement kit from Sunroof Doctor, so it just needed to be installed. It's a big long job. Alfredo arrived well prepared right on time at 8 am and was very knowledgeable and familiar with the job (I know because I kept asking questions). I was completely comfortable with him performing the work (as an engineer, that's saying something). About 6 hours later he was done and I had a fully functional sunroof. He even fixed a leakage issue he found around my sunroof. I'm 100% satisfied and would recommend him to anyone, and I'm only out about $580, including $60 overnight parts shipping. So bring it on, Hurricane Harvey!

Had an unexpected incident when a bird crashed into my passenger-side quarter glass during my commute, shattering it completely. Thankfully, I was prepared with tape to manage the immediate issue, but needed professional help fast. A friend recommended Atlas Auto Glass, and I'm glad they did! Initially had some trouble reaching them by phone, but after texting, they promptly responded. Once in touch, Nick handled my situation with professionalism and kindness. Upon arrival, he clearly communicated the timeline and expectations. The repair took a little longer than anticipated (about 2½ hours total), but the result was outstanding. They meticulously vacuumed out nearly every shard of glass, and the new quarter glass looks factory-installed. Most impressively, Atlas Auto Glass charged significantly less than Safelite—less than one-fourth the price Safelite quoted me, without the unnecessary upsells. They even offered me an additional discount due to the wait, which I gratefully returned as a tip for their outstanding service and transparency. A heads-up about parking: spots are somewhat limited, and backing out onto the adjacent street can be tricky. Just exercise caution, and you'll be fine. I highly recommend Atlas Auto Glass. Honest pricing, quality work, and genuinely courteous staff. They've earned a loyal customer in me!
