Need a windshield replacement? Look no further! I was shopping around for quotes to replace my windshield and these guys were the quickest to respond and had the most reasonable price. Although they are not mobile, I had no issues driving to them (they're a bit hidden) but once you find them, there's plenty of space to park. The moment I sent a quotes request, I got a phone call the next morning with a quote. I sat on it for a few days and made an appointment for a Friday afternoon. They were flexible and handled my car with extreme care - mind you, I had a dashcam installed and was worried about my toll tag and all these other stickers, but they placed everything back in the exact way on my new windshield! I was told it could be 1-1.5 hours; knowing this beforehand, I came prepared to read and relax in the waiting area (which is also spacious and clean). In and out? Less than 50 minutes - including paying and out the door. I worked with Chris, James, and Manny. They were awesome! They are also the only ones I found that offered a free chip replacement (if it happened again - at a certain size) if I replaced my windshield with them. Great value and great customer service; I highly recommend! :)

I used this company today and am blown away. I applied online with simple info. Choose text option. Within a hour or so I was responded to. Was given an unbeatable price and then offered install for next day. Set time and bamm. 2nd day I get a call cpl hours before appointment and asked if I cared to move up my appointment. I agreed the as promised was there and ready before I could even get back to my house. The techs went straight in with care and swap my daughters windshield out. Gave us all the info we needed explained well. Then off they left to serve others. A+ service w/ A+ team. I'll be to only one auto glass company now. Well done.

Got us in right away. So grateful for that. The rock that pinged my window hit pretty hard, and in the ten minute drive to this location from where it happened, the crack was already beginning to spread. They were able to fill it and stop the spread completely. You can’t even see the original damage unless you know where to look for the pinhole-size dot. I’m very pleased with the work and the lady in the front office was so kind and helpful. I’d highly recommend them to help save your windshield. We were also very pleased with the price, and they offer a lifetime warranty on their work.

Wow!! Same day windshield replacement. Fast turnaround. Couldn’t finish my errands because the repair was complete!!!!!! Excellent customer service. Quality work. Best price. This vehicle is a Jeep wrangler and have to replace this windshield more often than I’d like to. I have multiple items mounted to the inside/outside of my windshield. As well as cords for each item. All of my items were securely mounted, the dash cam cord specifically was tucked nicely. I offered to pay a fee ahead of time for this but that offer was declined by the service tech(Nathan F). I appreciate the professionalism!!!

This couple is so very kind! Give years ago, the gentleman actually came out to our house to replace a broken windshield. He charged $175 and he quick and very polite. I ran across the receipt that I kept. The name of the business was Wholesale Auto Glass. The name now is Discount Auto Glass. The address is the same and so is the phone number. The seal had been broken on our truck. Since we had decided to eat at Chapman’s Fried Chicken on WW white Rd., we just drove to their location. The gentleman told us he could do the work while we waited. It was a very hot afternoon. We waited inside and his wife offered us some water. She told us that that they had been there for 27 years! After finishing the job, he told my husband that there would be no charge! I really wanted to pay him something but he insisted that he has just removed the old seal and resealed it. We are very grateful for their kindness. They both had to help me up and down the stairs into the office. They even carried my walker in and out. I highly recommend this lovely couple and their business!

Johnny was amazing to work with! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a windshield replaced or repaired! This past Saturday my front windshield was cracked and I need to replace it. I contacted my insurance company to set up an appointment and see how much it would cost. They set an appointment up for me with Safelite whose earliest appointment was Wednesday afternoon. They also told me that the cost would exceed my deductible of $500 so I would need to pay that and they would cover the rest. Worried about the cost, I started looking online to find an alternative. I came across Glass FX on my search and called the number not realizing they were already closed until I got the voicemail. I hung up and decided to call the next glass repair shop on the list. Before I could even finish dialing the next number, Johnny called me to see what he could do for me. I told him I needed my front windshield replaced and he got my car's information and told me he would call me right back with how much it would cost. Within 5 minutes he called back to let me know that it would be $235. I asked how much installation would be and he told me that was with installation. I couldn't believe that I was going to be able to pay half of what I would have had to going through insurance. He told me he wouldn't be able to come out and replace it until Monday morning between 9-10 because the distributor was already closed for the weekend. He said he could come to my home or place of employment to replace it! Sure enough, Monday morning rolls around and he let me know right away that they had my window in stock and would be at my house in 25 minutes which was right during the time he told me he would be there. He was extremely personable and very passionate about doing right be the customer. He even got the windshield that had the heater at the bottom just in case mine had the connection, which it did! Even after getting the more expensive windshield he did not change the price he quoted me! Thank you Johnny for all that you do!
