Lovell's was easy and great to work with! I spoke with Keith several times, and he was always available to answer my questions. I contacted him to replace my windshield with the original no after market and he was able to get me in the following week! This was a huge relief as prior to this I was dealing with A1 Auto and it was a Nightmare!! They advised me that it would be 3 weeks to get the original windshield, I waited the 3 weeks then they called me and said the windshield was cracked and they needed to order another. Three weeks later I took time off from work dropped off my vehicle they called me a few hours later and said they couldn't find my windshield and offered to put an aftermarket windshield. I declined and took my business to Keith at Lowell's where I had no issues!! My windshield is perfect and without incident!!
