I had an outstanding experience with Julio and his team!!! From the moment I reached out, Julio was incredibly kind and accommodating. They stand by their work with life time warranties on all their products which gives peace of mind. They are the most professional, high quality and affordable place i’ve ever been to. I’ve called other places and they don't measure up. This is absolutely the best place for window tinting, glass repair, etc. I’ll never go anywhere else. Great costumer service and prices in the whole state of Utah! Thank you Julio!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The most amazing part of this shop is that they communicate with you after hours. My windshield needed to be replaced so I filled out their online quote after hours. Within half an hour I had the cost, appointment options, and a prompt response from a real human. I was astounded. My experience dropping off my car was equally amazing. I arrived at the time of my appointment, and my car was immediately taken into the bay. The promised time of completion was accurate, and I left thankful for a business that made it so easy to get my needs met. Many, many thanks!!!

Man, what a great experience with Prime Auto Glass. We unfortunately had a rather large object put a sizable crater the windshield of our brand new 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. We worked with our insurance company who was partnered with Safelite. I gave them my license number and they kept telling me my car was a Hyundai Kona based on the plate number. About 10 days later we drop our car off to Safelite and they call us and tell us the windshield wasn't ordered til the night before and wouldn't arrive for several days. With that I went on the hunt for a new windshield place and found Prime Auto Glass. Julio was great to work with. His database had our car in their system, had the windshield in stock, and could get it done that day. DONE! I will admit that when I pulled up I noticed the outside of the building and location doesn't look the best, but I think that's just due to being in the old side of Provo. When you walk in it is very nice, updated, and clean. Julio's appearance was professional looking and clean. I instantly felt good about giving Prime Auto Glass a try. I was very pleased with their work and service, even with Safelite's ridiculous service, which we still had to use to file our claim with our insurance company. Overall very happy with Julio and Prime Auto Glass. Will definitely go back for any glass needs over somewhere like Safelite.

I went with these guys because they were $20 cheaper. They damaged my rear view mirror (in picture). It’s hard to see in the picture but you can tell that they were really squeezing the mirror to get it off of the old windshield and it left ‘separation scars’ on the entire edge of the mirror face. They also left a lot of rubber crumbs all over my dashboard from removing the old windshield and didn’t even clean it off. Lastly, I was driving my vehicle one day after I had the new windshield installed and I could hear something faintly clapping on my car that hadn’t been there before and so when I inspected my car, I seen that they didn’t completely secure one of the trim pieces that surrounded the windshield. When it comes to doing a specific job, you should do quality work doing that specific job. You only have one job to do, not a ton of different things, you should have mastered that ONE job. You’re a public business. If you damage someone’s property, you should ethically repair it. Do a quality job. I’ll pay the extra money next time to get a true professional to do my windshield.

Called and got a quote, set a time to come in and I showed up 15 mins early, apparently they didn't tell me or send me the appointment scheduler and all they wanted to do is tell me I was wrong and out of luck to getting a new windshield. After he told me I was wrong 10 times and that it was my problem not his I walked out and found a competitor just down the street that was amazing to work with and very polite with better prices. I'm so glad Prime Auto Glass were jerks cuz I found a place that was close and great to work with. Thanks for talking me out of ever doing business with you because it's my fault you didn't send your scheduler... Bonus I found a better price too, and they were happy to actually help me. Haha Update to management: Thanks for proving my point that it's my fault that you didn't send me a link and told me what time to come in. Yes I did leave a bad review for another glass company because the location is "perminatly closed" but still has a Google Maps as open. Haha hope you the best in your business and needs improvement customer service.

My husband and I came in on march 29th to get our front windshield replaced, everything was fine until April 5. I headed to get into my vehicle and there was a MASSIVE CRACK IN THE BOTTOM OF MY BRAND NEW WINDSHIELD WITH 0 SIGN OF IT BEING FROM A CHIP IN THE GLASS! I went back to speak with them and guess what? They kept blaming everything else but the low quality of their windshields, “it’s your driving, oh well if it’s not you it’s Mother Nature.” Are you serious? I’m sorry to say this but the glass manufacturer specifically for vehicles does not just crack for the fun of it. That’s fairly common knowledge. I spent over $850 dollars for it to barely last a week. When they finally decided to help me out they wanted to give me a lousy 60% off another new windshield. I would be paying a grand total of $1,374! I had heard a lot of great things about this company but I will never come back after the way they treated my husband and I. Please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

These people have 0 clue in what customer service truly is! I got my windshield replaced and 7 days later there was a huge crack in the new windshield. Went in to talk with the guy and he blamed it on bad driving. What kind of person blames a crack with no chips it on bad driving. After he looked at it he said it was due to bad weather. The temperatures in our state have not been extreme enough for it to cause a crack of its size. The crack is either from careless handing when the windshield was installed, or it had been faulty from the manufacturer. The guy I spoke with wanted to charge me an extra $500 bucks to fix it after I spent 800$ in the first place. This is ridiculous. Don’t bother trusting these guys, they can’t even hold themselves accountable!

Came in for a new windshield cause I was done fiddling around with Safelite, and left with a new windshield and some new tint! I was able to call and get a quote and scheduled pretty quickly for my windshield. I walked into my appointment and I noticed that they had a pretty nice tint station. I asked about prices and I got my windows tinted same day. Their staff was very friendly and respectful that it was refreshing compared to some of the service put out these days from other places. They took the time to hear me out and also take the time to make sure I understood what was being done and other details that I didnt even consider to be an issue before. Service is outstanding, quality is immaculate, and I am a VERY satisfied customer. :)

What can I even say? I'm just a regular guy, living in Springville, trying to wade through reviews and sponsored national chains to find a trusting, actual caring local guy that can replace a windshield. Well, I found that. As all reviewers have said, Julio knocks it out of the park here. I submitted the quote request form on a Friday evening and got a text back within an hour. Julio was able to squeeze me in next day, on a Saturday! And I was able to surprise my daughter with a new windshield before returning her car to her in Salt Lake Saturday night. Better price than the big guys, better service, 7 days sooner. Thank you so much for the two windshields over the last few months. I'll be back soon with another one.

I have gone to these guys with every vehicle I have owned. Always such great work and really good quality products. Usually can get them same day for the work. I have sent many people to them as well over the three years I have taken cars to them. Never heard anything back always good stuff! Have some of the best pricing in the county. I was surprised at how affordable it was for everything from windshields in all my vehicles to tinting on them all as well. They also have a very good warrenty. Had some tint chip and they replaced the whole window tint! 1000000/10 would HIGHLY RECOMMEND
