The most outstanding experience with this company. Initially there was a misunderstanding (on my part) with the appointment. I was accommodated with the next business day. The installer came to my office (I don't recall his name) and he had an extremely positive, customer service attitude and had the job done in less than an hour. He took great care and replaced all important stickers in EXACTLY the same spots!! My wife was impressed... that's saying a lot. The pricing was impressive just as well. The lowest quote that I received in Denver, where I just moved from, was 30% more. Unbelievable, I can't say enough kind things about this company. Thank you, thank you. Sylvia is a gem.

At first there was a misunderstanding between the dealership and Perkins Auto of the bill being mine and my husband’s responsibility even though we were told we didn’t owe it. After paying the bill and leaving our original review Toya reached out to me to talk about the situation and she said she will help assist us and will reach back out. She called me again that same day and both her and Jason were very understanding and cancelled the payment sticking to their word that we weren’t to be billed. She was very nice, professional, and quickly stepped in to help

I couldn't be more happy with the service, professionalism and overall great interaction with Perkins Auto Glass. From getting a quote to setting up the appointment and the actual installation, everything was fantastic. A huge shout to my technician, Eric N. that came out to replace our window. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He was efficient and made sure everything was good before leaving. Perkins will be my go-to for any auto-glass needs I have in the future. This review is about their driving. I encountered one of their vehicles/employees on the road today and they were extremely aggressive and rude. They were angry that they had to slow down when I pulled out and then drove as close to my vehicle as possible because i wouldn't go over the speed limit in front of a school scaring my daughter. They then passed me flipping me and my 6 year old off while yelling. Thanks to them I got to explain to my child what flipping the bird is. I will never use this company

I'm a rock magnet, and in spite of my best efforts to get chips repaired, I usually need to replace my windshield every 18 months or so. This is the fourth time I've replaced my windshield with Perkins, and I keep coming back to them. My Windshield was replaced at my home, and it was done professionally and quickly. Because it's done at home, I can leave it parked (without moving it) over the weekend, which lets the adhesives get the best possible results.

I’ve been working with Sylvia from the office and Tyler was the install tech. Both were fantastic. Sylvia was very fast to respond and informative on getting two windows replaced and what channels to go through via insurance. Tyler came out right on time and got the windows replaced quickly and correctly. He even spent about 30 extra minutes getting broken glass out of my door which was entrapped in some tight pinch welds. Overall 100% recommend these guys.

Perkins Auto Glass is the BEST. When you call, you talk to a real person first thing (no voice automated system to work through). I was able to get an appointment within the first 24 hours, and they came to my house to fix the rock chips I had in my windshield. They are a small family-owned business, which is important for me as a consumer. I will definitely use them for all of my auto glass needs in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Perkins Auto Glass!!

The group over at Perkins have been the most communicative and helpful auto repair company I have ever worked with. My windshield required recalibration from the dealership and Perkins not only coordinated with the dealership on the appointment for my windshield recalibration & replacement, but they also lined up a loaner vehicle for me to use while the replacement was occurring!!! Absolutely above and beyond service.

Didn't get a chance to actually deal with the company directly. Left a voicemail on Wednesday and when I tried to call them again on Thursday the voicemail box was full. No one ever returned my call. I even called the main office to confirm I had the right phone number for Jason, and was told oh yeah Jason will get you taken care of. Dude never called me back.... Won't even bother trying to use them in the future.

Great shop! They know what they’re doing. They take pride in making sure you feel like you matter. And they take the time to answer any and all questions or concerns you might have. I drove from northern Utah just to have them perform a windshield calibration. They did everything necessary and sent me on my way in a very efficient timeframe. Yes, I’d return again without any hesitation whatsoever.
