Up Front - OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL service provided! On 10 Oct 2023, I reached out to Brad's Auto Glass regarding the rear window of my 2004 Xterra which had been damaged while parked at my residence. My insurance would not cover this service, so I explored several options in the local Fredericksburg, VA area. After submitting a request for a quote on Brad's website, I received an almost immediate response. The service was scheduled and subsequently performed efficiently on 11 Oct 2023 (less than 24 hrs), where he was able to complete the service in roughly 45 minutes. Note: When I scheduled with him, he offered a rush, "same day service" but it would cost a little extra. I did not use this service, but nice to know for others looking to use his service. While discussing the invoice and inquiring about his business, it became evident that he offers a very comprehensive service that rival, if not surpasses, other top-named glass technicians in overall value. Plus the years of experience in his craft, give the customer the peace of mind you always hope you have when dealing with your vehicle. I had a small chip in my windshield of my Kia soul. When the weather changed to colder, the windshield cracked almost completely across it. When I called Brad to get pricing, he was friendly, speedy, and did his best to earn my business. On the day he came Out to change my windshield I had to call him to let him know I might not be able As early as our window was set for. He told me he would text or call when he was ready to come out and I was able to be home before he was ready. While here he was friendly, efficient, definitely experience the knowledgeable and doing the work. BRAD WAS AMAZING!! He’s an excellent communicator because I’m a texter with my schedule and that is how we connected! He came highly recommended on Google and from a peer named Scott, I believe. Second time using Brad’s Auto Glass. They’re so fast, I thought they installed the windshield before I even called. As I was cleaning up my dogs’ massive piles of vomit … BAM, new windshield, spotless cleanup, and the friendliest two dudes you’ll ever meet. I’m not saying they’re wizards, but I am suspicious there’s a wand involved. Bottom line: they’re fast, have great communication, are friendly, and freakishly efficient. 10/10 would shatter my windshield again (jk but you get my point)

If you have any auto glass problems, you will not be disappointed if you bring them to this shop. I came here to replace my windshield around a month ago, I have never had anyone who had everything set up for me before I even got there, and then had the job done in less time than it took me to browse a second app on my phone in the waiting area. Prices are amazing, and he is the nicest guy. Please go see him it will make your day so much better.

Saved me more money that I could have imagined! Was able to reinstall the window glass on my toyota sienna, the rear vent window, with new adhesive. Toyota wanted to install all new glass and assembly for over $800, I suppose because of liability reasons, but I tell you, even if it fell off again, I'd still be happy. It's been over a year, and the repair and original window are still holding! I saved over $700 with Brad!
