I put a rock through the glass on the back on my van and it shattered completely. Scotty was phenomenal! I called him on a Sunday and he came out the next day; 2 other companies told me Friday was the soonest they could do it. He quoted me one price, but ended up doing the work for way cheaper! His quote was substantially lower than the others-he is super honest! He does neat, clean work. I would definitely use him in the future and would most certainly happily refer him to anyone in need!

I really appreciate the service I received. When I arrived, I was told it would take about three hours. I was a little upset because the call center did not mention that so I wasn't prepared but it wasn't something that I could not adjust from. They were actually able to get the windshield fully replaced and calibrated in about an hour and a half which was awesome. They ensured everything was back on my windshield that was on the previous windshield. Made sure to inform not to go through a carwash for 48hrs and we're super friendly. This was my first experience and I am super happy that made it a good one! My husband will be coming soon to get his windshield repaired. Who needs Safelite when you have Auto Glass Now! (No digs at Safelight though. You can use whatever works for you).

Had a great experience with this Auto Glass Now location! Shoutout to Trey and his team for going above and beyond to fix an issue that happened at a different location. They were able to quickly fit me in and order a replacement part that had been broken elsewhere. Trey took the time to explain what happened, how it could be fixed, and even gave me his direct number in case I had any issues. He made sure everything was secure and ready for my trip the next day, and assured me they would follow up once the replacement part arrived to finish the job. For context, on 7/3, I went to a different Auto Glass Now location for a windshield replacement, which unfortunately didn’t go as planned. Thankfully, this location stepped in and made things right. I really appreciate the professionalism and care from Trey and his team.

I had a fantastic experience with Auto Glass & Window Tint Specialists, especially after a frustrating situation at another tint shop. The previous company that did my initial tint job left my windows and windshield looking poorly done, and I was highly dissatisfied. Fortunately, I found this shop, and they completely turned things around for me. From the moment I called to inquire about their services, the staff was professional, understanding, and genuinely interested in helping correct the mistakes made by the other company. They listened carefully to my concerns, walked me through the entire tinting process, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. If there was anything they wanted me to be aware of concerning my vehicle, they were quick to let me know, which I appreciated. I called on Monday and got some information from them, and communicated that the best day for me to drop off my vehicle would be Wednesday. I expected to pick it up on Thursday, as they needed time to remove the previous tint job, which I understood. They started around 9:30 a.m., and to my surprise, I received a call at 3:30 p.m. the same day saying my car was ready. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly the job was done and how clean the tint looked. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and customer-focused business, I highly recommend Auto Glass & Window Tint Specialists. They not only fixed the mess someone else made, but also gave me peace of mind and a finished product I’m proud to show off.

Read this review- it will help you finally decide to go with the agency you’re looking for, for that windshield issue you have going on, see below for why James; his team, and their establishment are the epitome of personable, honest integrity oriented customer service. They not only managed to complete my vehicles windshield repair in 25 minutes. Got there at 2:17 PM, they we fully done by 2:40 PM. And had me put the door in the middle of a workday at that. It’s the fact that they managed to do all this all while juggling various other tasks and customers. Their wisdom, rich experience in the professional vehicle repair industry, and quality attention to customer needs and support are just a few qualities to note here. Most importantly they are very affordable and give honest market quotes, placing it at a more affordable rate than any other windshield related agency I contacted. I had to have my car re-calibrated and they still got me in and out in 25 minutes-less. That’s impressive and something I hope if you’re looking for a shop you take my word on the fact that you don’t have to continue looking for another windshield repair agency.
