Jody's Windshield Repair

Had a crack in my windshield that I felt was not going to pass inspection and needed a repair. Here's my review: #1 - Jody and her husband, Dale, are 2 of the nicest and friendliest people you will ever meet #2- I contacted them at 10:00 am today and Jody got me in at 12:30 pm today. Where would you get that type of service anywhere else?! #3- repair done and we were out of there in an hour (mainly because we were talking, the actual repair did not take that long). I highly recommend Jody's Windshield Repair to anyone who needs a cracked or dinged windshield repaired. AND, they offer a lifetime guarantee on their repair! And can we talk about price? It would have cost me over $1,000 to have my windshield replaced, which I was told would need to be done. It cost me a fraction of that to have the repair done.Thank you, Jody and Dale, for being so very helpful. I'll definitely return should the need ever arise again!

I called Jody's Windshield repair at 0900, explained I had a previous windshield repair from a different vendor growing multiple cracks. The joys of owning a Bronco - They are rock magnets. Jody asked if I could be there at noon. From start to finish I have nothing but great things to say. Jody, Dale and Lucky (cute little dog) are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. It felt like I was hanging out and chatting with family. To provide context another young lady showed up while I was there. She walked in, grabbed a seat and seamlessly merged into our conversation. I thought it must be their granddaughter but to my surprise it was a repeat customer. They make everyone feel like family. In exactly one hour I was on my way with my windshield looking good as new. Do yourself a favor if you have windshield problems, call Jody. You will be supporting a local business and you will get the best service imaginable. On Saturday morning I got a chip on the driver’s side of the windshield while driving down 64. I immediately thought of that National brand and made an appointment at 1130am. They called and cancelled at 410pm. The vehicle was going out of town the next morning and I knew that the chip could turn into a crack with the temperature change, resulting in needing a windshield replacement. I called Jody’s Windshield Repair at 420pm, and Jody answered the phone. Jody said they closed at 3pm. I told her my story and she could hear the desperation in my voice. It was her birthday weekend, and her kids and grandkids were in town to celebrate, but she told me to come to her and she would help me. BZ to Jody and Dale! I will always recommend Jody’s to anyone who is looking for windshield repair!!! Proficient! Efficient! Professional! I had the most wonderful conversation with Jody while I was there; I even made a new friend!!!

I’ve been here twice, I’m a magnet for windshield hits. So glad I found them before replacing a windshield for the 3rd time two cars ago. Welp, I have had a new car for a month so it would be timely for the next windshield it. Was driving down the highway not even behind anyone when I heard the hit. Last night I noticed the crack, called Jody, who told me to call the next morning to get on the schedule and today I have an appointment. I don’t even have to wait to see how they do to send this 5-star review, I already know they will fix the crack to prevent further crawl. Fair pricing without having to go through insurance, and I know I get to hang out in their garage with the dogs and Jody while Dale works on my windshield and gets me back on my way. It’s like getting to see family under less-than-desirable circumstances, but it’s always a good visit 🤣 thank you so much, will see you in a couple hours!

I highly recommend this business to anyone. I called earlier today after looking into safelite to get my windshield fixed/replaced and they wanted about $500 mind you I have a car that’s a 2007 and it’s used so I was hoping not to break the bank and just get some work done that would get me a pass on inspection. Jody was so nice and professional on the phone and let me come same day to get my windshield fixed. She was honest about what the work would be considering I left my crack for a few months and her and her husband got it to look so much better than it was before and didn’t have to break the bank getting a whole new windshield replaced. They’re very knowledgeable about the process and it was done super quick. Me and my boyfriend had great conversation on top of it all making it less of an annoying chore to get done. We will definitely go back for future repair when it’s needed!

If I could leave six stars…I would! Dale and Jody were amazingly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They just want to help folks…it seems their business model is that simple. I called after getting a silver dollar size rock shatter in my windshield yesterday. Jody asked all the key questions…and set me up for an inspection of the damage. Dale and Jody were clear I may need to do a replacement due to the size…not over-selling what they could do. I decided to do the repair to give me time to find a really good replacement shop. 30-40 minutes later…the repair was done. Wow…although not invisible, my view was improved immensely!! All but the very center was clear again! If you get any damage…call these folks before you do anything else!!! They may save you a ton of $…and you’ll meet some great folks 😊

Jody is just incredible! I wish I took a photo of the before and after. You cannot even tell I had a huge rock impale my windshield on the highway today. I literally had it happen a few hours ago. I called Jody and she warned me of her schedule filling up very quickly. I was nervous to wait until the next day due to the constant weather temp shift right now. She offered for me to come by and she might be able to squeeze me in and she did! I wasn’t there long at all and she was extremely professional and so kind. This was my second time going to Jody, and I will always go to her if given the choice. Jody and her staff (Dale) are top notch! I paid out of pocket so I didn’t have to hassle with insurance and she was extremely reasonable. Thanks again, Jody!

Jody and Dale provided one of, if not the best experience I've ever had with auto repair. These great people were able to take care of me on such short notice, and provided thorough, high quality work. After getting some misleading information from one of the corporate windshield "repair" companies, I thankfully found Jody who was able to save me hundreds of dollars while fixing my windshield better than most professionals. These people genuinely care about the customer's best interest and were able to get me taken care of and squared away with my insurance all within an hour's time. 10/10 recommend to everyone. These people are excellent! I took my Tesla Model Y to them yesterday to have a chip fixed that was starting to crack. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job with the repair. I had already had Safelite look at it earlier in the week but was told they couldn't do it because it was so close to the edge of the windshield. I then contacted Jody's Windshield Repair who I had never heard of before. Dale did an incredible job! It was done fast, and it looks great! Even better is that I got to play with their cute little dog, Lucki, while I waited. I was close to bringing her home, but Jody wasn't having it, lol. I will refer everyone I know to this place from now on. Thank you again!!
