called number in phone book that said safelite auto glass got message saying five star leave message and call back number she would get back to me this was on a Thursday got to Saturday no return call left second message its now 9 days after first message and still return call so I decided to try apex windshield which had better reviews anyhow and got service instantly set appointment for this Saturday to get job done. So you want proper service right away go to Apex. So ZERO STARS for five star!!!!!!

I have used you many times to replace windshields for my fleet of trucks. Your prices are great which is why I continue to come back, but trying to reach you is incredibly difficult. I have never received a call back when leaving a message, and have to continue calling sometimes all day to reach Cathy. I wish there was better communication.

I called to ask about a windshield repair, and when I was explaining the problem, they hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can’t imagine what the actual service would be like. Would not recommend.
