These people are wonderful! Previously I've always used Safelite to deal with windshield chips and 1 replacement on a previous vehicle. This time I decided I wanted to find a local company to do my work as I had 2 cracks in the windshield of my Ram 1500 and my back window was cracked somewhere letting water leak into my truck. I had been battling for 2 months trying to find the leak in the rear window and couldn't figure it out. It was causing water to pool up on the passenger front floorboard because my truck is parked in my driveway with the rear end higher than the front and the water would run under the carpet from the back to the front. I had tried flowable silicone around the back window, a new gasket on the 3rd brake light, and sealing the shark fin antenna. None of this fully stopped the leaks. Since I needed a new windshield anyway, I filed the windshield claim through my insurance and asked them to send the claim to AGP, which they did with no issues. AGP called same day to set up the appointment. When I brought the truck in for the windshield replacement, I asked them to check the back window and see if they can figure out the frustrating leak. They replaced the windshield and found a crack in the bottom of the rear window frame that was letting water in. I had to file a second claim on the rear window, but was able to bring the track back in a couple weeks later and got it replaced as well thinking that this was the only source of the water leaking into the truck. Now this review gets even better. After all this, I was still experiencing water leaking into my truck on the passenger front floorboard, but I didn't see any water around the back window. I called AGP and asked them if they could double-check their work and see if the seals on the back window were good or if there was possibly something wrong with the install. They told me to bring the truck back in and drop it off, which I did. A few hours later I got a call from Hank, in their shop and he told me that he found the leak, but I wouldn't believe where it was coming from and he asked me to come in so he could show me. Hank and another guy had spent hours pouring bucket after bucket of water over the top of the truck trying to find the leak. They were able to track it down to behind the front fender. Due to what appears to be a manufacturer's defect, water was getting into the frame by leaking between a couple of panel seams that were not fully watertight. It was causing the water to get in and then run along the bottom of the truck and dribble out between the seams in the frame under the floorboard. None of us could believe it, but I watched it happen right in front of my eyes. Since it had nothing to do with the glass, I offered to pay them for their time, but they refused to charge me for figuring this out. I'm blown away by their diligence to take care of a customer and figure something like this out. Since my truck wasn't under warranty, I was able to figure out how to fix the leaks myself with some 3M Seam Sealer and Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal and thankfully the leaks appear to be all gone, but I couldn't have figured it out with the help of the guys at AGP. Highly recommend them and I'll be sure to take my vehicles here for any glass needs in the future.

This guy is absolutely amazing! If you have a unique auto glass problem (or even a regular one), this is the place to go, hands down. I bought a 98 4Runner only to find that it was leaking around the windshield. No one would touch it, because it might be caused by rust (it was). I called dealers, mechanics, glass shops, body shops... not only were they quoting me thousands of dollars, they were booked out for months, and I had a tarp over my vehicle. Then one of them gave me Jesse's number. He was very understanding, and explained that he sees this all the time, as he specializes in auto glass for classic vehicles, which often have rust issues. He was upfront about expectations, and that there are no guarantees, but I was just happy he was willing to try. I called him on a Friday afternoon, and he had me drop it off Tuesday morning. By the next Friday, he had removed the old (incorrect) windshield and molding, treated the rust, sanded and primered the gashes left by the last idiots who replaced the windshield, and installed the new (correct) windshield and molding. All for less than Safelite quoted me just to replace the windshield, with no rust repair. I was speechless. Do yourself a favor and call Jesse first. He is honest, efficient, knowledgeable, affordable, and he obviously loves his work and helping people like me when no one else can or will. Thanks again, Jesse! Sorry it took me so long to write this review!ServicesAuto windshield leak repair, Auto windshield replacement

I recently had my windshield cracked by a rock while driving on I-5, and the damage required a full replacement. Thankfully, my insurance partnered with Safelite, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The Safelite technicians (from Olympia location) came to my home to do the replacement, and they were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. They completed the job quickly and did an amazing job with the replacement. They even went above and beyond by giving me helpful tips on how to take care of my new windshield. I highly recommend Safelite for anyone in need of windshield repair or replacement—top-notch service!

The whole process was extremely easy, from booking the appointment online, to getting the windshield replaced. The prices were very competitive and affordable. There were next-day appointments available, I made the appointment online, I was informed of the time frame when the technician would arrive, I was sent text messages informing me of his arrival time, and he was quick and proficient with his work as well as courteous. I am very happy I chose to go with their services!
