EDIT: Tom the owner, and Greg both called me at the start of the following Monday after my windows were completed. They were very sympathetic of the situation and very thoroughly explained why everything went the way it did. Unfortunately Covid is still playing a big part in delaying manufacturing and deliveries of important parts. This I totally understand and appreciate the insight Tom and Greg gave me. They were extremely professional and friendly. Due to the unexpected delays though, they helped me very generously. I was very happy with how they treated me at this point and would honestly go back to All Star if I ever needed. I had my vehicle broken into over the Memorial weekend and called All Star as soon as they were open (Tuesday). They said they could get to me Wednesday. This was the quickest anybody could get me service. Safelite told me $499 for both windows but could not get to me until Friday. All Star quoted over $600, but I was semi fine with that due to the speed at which they could apparently fix my windows. Come Wednesday, they expected to show up from 8-12, and actually arrived closer to 12:30. After nearly 2 hours, I checked with the tech just to see where we were. He told me he got the wrong parts, and my second window could not be fixed that day. They had to order the parts again, promising to come out Thursday. After having to plastic wrap my 2nd window and try to get to my office with some time left in the day, I quickly realized there was still glass inside my driver door (the only window fixed so far), all over the floor, and in my seats. I then also could not start my car, so had to get a jump from someone passing by luckily. When heading to the office, I had to stop on the side of the freeway to fix the plastic wrap on the passenger window. This is where I found out my driver door handle and lock were not working. I called and they told me they could have someone come fix it Thursday, but had to wait until Saturday for the second window since they had to re-order again. And reduced my total price by $50. So really $30 off the labor of the first window, and $20 off the total after tax. This did not seem too appealing since I now had to wait longer than Safelite and received a poor quality job. Thursday, the driver door glass was cleaned out, and the handle/lock was fixed. So after that, I waited till Saturday and called at 11:40 to figure out if they were coming still. I was told the techs would arrive before 1. This time I got a dispatcher, JD on the phone. Unfortunately he did not have any knowledge of the situation here and did not seem interested at all based on the last few days of waiting and incorrect parts. JD apologized for the inconveniences, but became very annoyed when I was asking about the quote after everything and wanting to see why I'm paying so much more than other companies when I received non-optimal service. When looking for my original price and going over the $50 discount, he hung up on me and did not remember where we left off when I called back less than a minute later. After this, I felt I had to express my thoughts on the service and was in disagreement on the price. JD then became very direct and stated "since I don't know how to please you, I'll have Greg (the lead dispatcher, and was always very nice) give you a call, goodbye". Even though I asked if there was a manager I could speak to on the matter he directs this back to dispatch and hung up on me again. There was a lot more said in the conversation with JD, but I don't want to write an additional 2-3 paragraphs. For yours and my own sake. This is already pretty long. John is a straight shooter, and I appreciate that. He’s very professional. My passenger side window was broken into while I was at the gym, and QAG put a temporary clear sheet over my window that day; I got my new window the following morning. Glass was everywhere, and the workers cleaned up 90% of it. I told them they literally picked up the pieces of my trauma. At first I was concerned because my windows wouldn’t lock when I turned on the SUV. John did some online research when I explained I was worried about driving around with unlocked windows. He put a lot of effort into trying to figure out what was wrong, and he and I both called shops to see if an electrician could help that day. John said if he caused the error then he’d pay for it. I was about to go to a shop when I realized the reason my doors weren’t locking was because the back left one wasn’t closed all the way. Basically, things had to be reset when the windows were replaced, and the door wasn’t sensed as open until afterward. Closing it firmly solved the issue, and all was well. Thanks, John and Quality Auto Glass! I hope I don’t need your services again, but it’s good to know you’re fair, honest, and professional. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the Seattle area. There are restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance if you don’t want to wait in their lobby. Check out the before and after photos.

It really sucks to have my quarter glass broken into during Thanksgiving. I'm flying out for the holidays and wanted to get it replaced as soon as possible before I leave. I was fortunate to have stumbled upon Auto Glass Solutions. Their prices are great being that they are located in downtown Seattle (SLU to be exact) and provide FREE mobile service. I sent an email late at night requesting for a quote and Paula responded to me early the next morning. Her responses were quick and she was able to lock a date in for me a week out, which was their earliest available date. A few days prior to the scheduled time, Paula will send a text to confirm the appointment. 10 minutes before Dan (technician) was going to arrive, he texted me to let me know he'll arrive shortly. I work from home anyway so it worked out well. Dan worked on my glass replacement from where I have my vehicle parked in the apartment garage. If you do not work from home, Dan will meet you at your workplace and work on your car while you're working. The entire process took 45 minutes only and Dan was kind enough to also clean the surrounding area as he worked. He was very friendly, kind, easy going and made the entire process very smooth (esp when I was stressed out about all of this happening); think of Dan as your friendly neighbor! I highly, highly, highly recommend Dan, Paula and all of Auto Glass Solutions! For any one that's wondering, I paid a total of $479.58 (glass, tax & labor) for the quarter glass. The quarter glass is usually not as common as the front/rear windshields or rear doors. Our car was broken into and the passenger side window smashed in. We called Car Glass Repair and they came the next day, fixed it and cleaned up all the glass in less than 30 minutes. They were friendly and professional, and the cost of service was hard to beat. Hopefully we won’t have to use them again, but if we do we’ll call them! Highly recommend.

When I talked to the lady (I'm sorry, I don't remember her name) but she was patient and went over everything, where I could understand. The tech, Eddie, was amazing!! He answered all of my questions (and didn't act bothered) and was here when he stated he would be, was quick, and even vacuumed all the shards of glass, that went everywhere (from the large item that flew into, and almost thru my windshield) after he finished the job!! I would DEFINITELY recommend Glass America to EVERYONE, for their glass replacement!! I've used other (I won't say names) auto glass replacement companies and wanted to try a company that was closer, and I'm so glad I found Glass America!! I'll definitely use them in the future, IF I need them. ALSO, they're a national company!!

Fast efficient service at an affordable price. I woke up to one of my windows being busted out, and started calling around to find a repair shop. Golden Auto Glass by far offered the best price and was able to accommodate me right away. I was able to schedule an appointment and come in the next day. I was quoted an hour-and-a-half wait time and like I said the price was far lower than every other glass shop that I called. I arrived for my appointment and they were ready for my vehicle immediately. I did have to wait about 2 hours for repair and installation. But I'd rather wait extra time for the superb service that was provided. My vehicle was well vacuumed out. I did not find any broken glass debris. The new window matches the rest of the glass just fine. Annie was very apologetic of the extra wait time and informed me of what was going on. Once the repair was complete the technician came out, apologized for the delay, greeted and thanked me and went on his way. Once I paid I went outside to find my vehicle ready to pull out onto the street. I highly recommend this place.

Rave for Izzy's Auto Glass! It was such a pleasure doing business with Izzy, who is professional and personable, not to mention highly capable. He responded immediately to our call, and scheduled a specific time to come to our location - i.e., no waiting half a day because we were given a range of times. It was effortless on our part, as Izzy took care of all the insurance business. A small adjustment to the windshield was needed afterwards...it wasn't a big deal, but Izzy came right out and took care of it, assuring us that it was his job to make sure that everything was done 100% properly. Replaced the windshield on my 2016 WRX here. A couple months later I had water showing up in my passenger side footwell and thought it might be the windshield seal. Took it back here and they spent most of an hour trying to diagnose the problem, which turned out to not be due to the windshield at all. Despite this, they would not take any money from me when I offered to pay for their time. Appreciate their honest service and desire to make things right with their work.

The technicians, Angel and Reyshaun did great work! They were skilled, knowledgeable (catching and correcting a wrong fit seal previously done by somewhere else) efficient, respectful, and kind, gracious men. I spoke with them both and they had no problem with pausing their focus to answer. (I would not recommend abusing that with multiple interruptions. :) ) I can confidently recommend them and will. The fact that they also came to me? How can it get better than that?! There is an option to go in, but for me, this was ideally done where I could continue my work. My husky has a big voice and announced someone coming up the steps- she immediately was relaxed and happy to see them and say hello. Angel was at the door and handled her excitement with ease. That is more than I can fairly expect- I was embarrassed that she got by me. Thankfully, I know she is kind- but they don’t! The calls and text updates were great. I had peace of mind instead of angst over when they might arrive. Angel and Reyshaun’s upbeat communication and service were professional, personal, trustworthy, efficient, and excellent. My 2024 Tesla Model Y was involved in a Bump and Run on the driver-side quarter panel. I ended up having to call around "Tesla Certified" shops because when I went to the Tesla Service Center in SODO Seattle, they said that they do not do Body Work and that they can only replace plastic parts. As you can see in the photos, the dent and scratch on the quarter panel were very minor and the "Tesla Certified" Shops (Which honestly is more of a marketing gimmick than anything and gives them the ability to overcharge you by so much) were giving me estimates for thousands of dollars which in my opinion was absolutely ridiculous for the repair that my Tesla needed. I started widening my search for more AutoBody shops and Skyway Auto Body popped up because of all their previous good reviews. I spoke with the Owner, Tony and he mentioned that he is not a Tesla Certified shop but all that means is they cannot order Tesla Parts. For the repair I needed, he could make the paint match and make it look brand new for a very reasonable price and I agreed to have my Tesla Model Y repaired here. He got me on his schedule the same week of my phone call with him which was amazing because most AutoBody Shops are "booked" out months (and I think that is also a marketing gimmick for shops to say they are booked months out). The repair took roughly four days and Tony was very responsive whenever I had any questions and was sending me updates with photos of my car throughout the process. The moral of the story is that If you are a Tesla owner and need some auto body work done and you don't want to be overcharged and be placed on a "booked months out" shop, I highly recommend Skyway Auto Body. They will take care of your Tesla needs.

I called the shop on a Saturday and they told me they wouldn't be able to obtain the glass for my vehicle until Monday. However, they offered to keep my car in their shop (for no cost) until they could fix it. I ended up leaving my car at a different garage but the offer was a good option. I was communicating with a gentleman named Rolando (tambien habla español) and he walked me through the simple process of how they can go to my car's location, even though it was at a parking garage, he would try to fix it in the garage if possible. I ended up just having to park my car right outside the parking garage and left Rolando with my car for about an hour and fifteen minutes. No hassle, simple, windows look like new and work perfectly fine now. Rolando was communicative, helpful, and professional. This man even WORKED IN THE RAIN Rolando also cleaned up and vacuumed all the glass that had shattered into the inside of my car. Just a heads up, the address on here (north Magnolia) is where they dispatch from, if you want to leave your car in their shop, or just go directly to their shop for a fix, that is in Everett. Gracias Rolando! Fue un placer conocerlo y poder trabajar con usted.

I want to share how great USA Auto Glass and Battery was when I had a big problem with my Lincoln Navigator. There was a leak that was causing trouble with the car's wires and making electrical things act weird. I was worried I might need a new car, but then I went to this place. When I got there, they were super nice. They looked at my car and figured out what was wrong really fast. They told me what they needed to do and how much it would cost, and it all made sense to me. They fixed my car quickly and did a fantastic job. They were very careful with my car even though it an older vehicle and made sure everything was just right. I was amazed at how fast they fixed the leak. What I really liked was how much they cared about making me happy. They answered all my questions and made sure I was okay with everything they were doing. Because of their amazing work, I didn't have to buy a new car! I'm so thankful for USA Auto Glass and Battery. They're a team you can trust and they really care about helping you. My car is working great now, and it's all because of their hard work. If you ever have trouble with your car, I highly recommend going to them!
