I had an amazing experience with calibers mobile glass replacement service! From start to finish, they made the whole process seamless and stress-free. I called them after a small rock chipped my windshield, and they were able to come to my location the very next day. The technician was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They had the right tools, and the replacement was done in under an hour! My windshield looks perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend to anyone needing quick, reliable glass repair or replacement! 5 stars all the way!

When both my girlfriend and I ended up with cracks running down our windshields, I wasn’t exactly excited about having to deal with it. But working with Cascade Auto Glass made it surprisingly easy. I called Brenda, who connected me with Kellie to set everything up, and they handled the rest. The installers showed up right on time, replaced both windshields while we worked from home, and even put the cars back where they were parked when they finished. The whole thing was straightforward and stress-free — which is exactly what you want when dealing with car repairs. Hopefully I won’t need another windshield anytime soon, but if I do, I know who I’m calling. If you’re trying to figure out who to trust with your windshield, I’d definitely recommend giving them a call.

Hampton Auto Glass provided impeccable customer service! I was really taken back on every step from the first phone call until I was driving away with my beautiful new windshield and new Bosch windshield wipers they also offered as another service. Giving me a $10 off coupon and free installation! Every person in the family business was professional, informative and communicative. I had interactions with the manager, receptionist and 2 technicians. The first windshield they ordered for my truck, once delivered they noticed it had a scratch on it. They re-ordered a second and called me to let me know the installation was going to take longer, (just by a few more hours). No big deal. They kept me updated throughout the whole procedure. I haven’t experienced customers service like Hampton Auto Glass provided in a long, long time. I am recommending them to EVERYONE. I already recommended them to a young man working at the Oil Stop in Salmon Creek. He was excited to hear my price for windshield was extremely reasonable. Seriously. I wouldn’t go with ANY other Auto glass company. Standing applause to the whole team at Hampton Auto Glass!

The BEST place in town for all of your needs! Tires, mechanical and window replacement. While a friend was putting in a drivers side window for me the bracket to hold it into the regulator broke off. I called this shop and even though they had vehicles waiting in line, the owner Jose took the time to cut the broken metal frame off, clean the window, glue it back into my old frame and then tape it for the glue to setup. The whole cost for all the work he did was $20. He stopped everything he was in the middle of to help me. Wonderful Honest and very rare to find these type of people in todays world. Please call them and use them - you will not be disappointed!

My side passenger window was broken last week when a bolt came through it while driving home. I came across Mike's website and called him first thing the next morning. He was super friendly, polite, and he had great availability. I was also hoping to get the window tinted at the same time, to match the others. He told me that was not a problem, and he was able to get us on the schedule for replacement and tint that day. Unfortunately we were heading out of town that morning, but Mike was super professional, really flexible and willing to work with our schedule. I set up my appointment for the following weekend and the window was done same-day. He promptly answered any questions I had and his prices were very, very reasonable. Steve did such an amazing job. My rear window got broken out while I was parking in downtown Portland and I had to have my window fixed quickly due to the rain. They came out the same day I called. I was worried there would be glass inside my hatch forever... I’ve heard horror stories. He did such a great job at getting everything out. I haven’t heard or seen a piece of glass in my car since it’s been fixed. So thankful!

Cody is amazing! My boyfriends mom saw a post from Cody at Trusted Auto Glass and sent it to me. I messaged him with fingers and toes crossed that he'd be able to help and within less than a week of us messaging he got the glass for my windows and came and installed them. Very reasonably priced and amazing communication. I had lost hope before I got in contact with Cody about getting my windows replaced because of another company who dragged me on for 2 months about my windows getting fixed. The other company made me feel like I may never get my windows fixed without paying an ungodly amount. Cody quoted me less than the other company and actually succeeded in getting me my windows and getting them installed. If I ever need windows replaced or someone I know needs windows, the only person I'm referring them to is Cody. Thank you so much for helping me get windows after 2-2.5 months! Before and after of my windows as proof!

I was told about this shop from a friend who had gotten new tires for his wife’s Durango, so I went in and told them I was really shopping on a budget but needed 4 tires as one do my tires the belt was starting to show (if that gives you any indication as to how bad my tires were). They asked if I was looking for new or used and I said “whatever you can get me best deal on”, they quoted me for 4 used matching tires, when I say I’m hesitant about buying used tires that’s an understatement, but these guys got me 4 used tires that’s I swear are like brand new, for under $300 with tax! They don’t charge you all the other fees like bigger shops do, they just charge you for the tires and tax, which I really appreciate. They didn’t try to sell me on something I couldn’t afford either, which is a huge plus in my book! Super speedy, I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes (in all honesty they probably had my car done in like 20 mins) and back on the road. I’ll be back soon with my son’s Jeep to get him new tires too! 10/10 would recommend these guys!!

They were great! I’ve never had my glass broken before and someone had tried to steal my car from the side window. I groggily called on Sunday morning and Ruben groggily answered, said they weren’t actually open Sundays, oops! He very kindly scheduled me for Monday morning and said he’d call first. Monday at about 12 I called him concerned and found out my phone calls refused to go through! Restarted my phone, was able to call and apologized, Ruben said would be over in 10 mins with the window he picked up earlier for me. He came over with I think an apprentice, diligently helped him out when needed, and about 30 mins or so they were done! They even vacuumed my floor and seat of leftover glass I hadn’t been able to clean up yet, without me asking. They were both very nice. Was about $200 cheaper than Safelite quoted me. I don’t think Vision has a location you can go to, I’m pretty sure they are only mobile, but that was super convenient. Ruben is very friendly. Would go to them again, but hopefully I won’t have to!

As we all know, in the moment of hearing a rock hit the windshield and an immediate crack it is pure devastation. Yellow dot made this experience so much more manageable than I could’ve imagined. I called around asking many companies if they could assist with helping me repair a rock chip with a crack and I was told no I would have to replace the entire windshield. I was devastated. The truck is a 2024 Toyota tundra and for those that don’t know it is about $1700 to replace the windshield. Something that I could not afford at this time. As I was going down the list of windshield repairs I came across yellow dot and made the phone call. Steve at this time he was just about to close down shop and head home. Instead, he said bring it on in and I’ll get you taken care of. Steve has great customer service and was able to get me in and out today on a Saturday. I am so thankful! Great customer service! Thank you so so much!!!
