Highly recommended and competitively priced. I got a windshield replacement for my 07 Ford Fusion from Red Robin. I drove to their building to order and they were very friendly and professional. They offer free transportation so they can drive to you to replace it. I thought this was very competitive and a nice touch. The price for the windshield was very competitive as I called five or so places. Safelite was cheaper by a few dollars but they charge a fee to drive to you to complete the job. When it came time to do the windshield their technicians called me to let me know they were on their way. Once they arrived they were polite and professional. They really seemed like they knew what they were doing! A few weeks later I even got a thank you letter for choosing them with an attached business card. I thought this extra touch was very nice. Makes you feel like you aren't just a number to them.

I bought a used car. After getting it home, I noticed a a chip in the windshield so I called around to get a price. I called Red Robin and got to talk to an actual very and professional and friendly human. Not just some recording. I made an appointment a couple days later. Robin came to my house and noticed that it had been repaired already. He double checked and it was fine. He cleaned the windshield and noticed another chip that he did repair. I shouldn't even post this part but after all said and done, he refused any payment. He was a very friendly and professional guy. I have an antique car that needs a windshield and I will call Red Robin before anyone else. I would recommend Robin to everyone.

I had a rock ding my windshield and was afraid that it would lead to a huge crack. Made an appointment at Red Robin for them to look at it to determine what needed to be done. I was greeted warmly upon my entering their reception area. Robin came out right away and determined it could be fixed. To my surprise he said that they could do it right then!! They completed the work quickly and I drove away with what looked like a new windshield! If you ever need to fix or replace a windshield, I would highly recommend for you to go to Red Robin! The service is top-notch, the welcoming atmosphere is refreshing and you'll be thrilled with the quality of their workmanship!

Red Robin Auto Glass provided FANTASTIC service! We were visiting UW Eau Claire for the weekend and while we were unloading our vehicle the rear window shattered. We contacted various glass companies in the area to request assistance. Red Robin Auto Glass was the ONLY company willing to help! They provided excellent service by cleaning up the broken glass and sealing up the rear window area with plastic so we could enjoy the weekend and return home safely. Their service and attention to detail is unmatched. I have had multiple window cracks fixed by them, but most recently my car was broken into resulting in a shattered window in freezing snowy weather. The replacement was more timely than expected and I was given a vehicle to drive for the short time of the replacement. Great place to have your windshield replaced. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything from setting my appointment to the installation. It was installed in far less time than I ever imagined it would take and now I have a nice clear windshield again. Fantastic job and l would recommend to anyone as they came in at a far better estimate than anyone else I called or checked with. Very helpful and quick. I called for a replacement on my driver side window in the middle of winter. Although I needed to wait for the part to come in over the weekend, they offered to help me cover my window until the part came in so it wouldn't get snowed in. They gave me a loaner car while my window was getting fixed and were extremely nice and didn't make me feel like just another customer. I would totally recommend this to all. Affordable and quick!

Our car needed a new windshield so I called Red Robin and they were able to replace it at our house for a great price. The installers showed up on time and were finished in less than an hour. New windshield seems to have been installed very well, no extra wind noise or other issues I've had in the past with other installers.
