We used Bartlett Auto Glass for a windshield replacement. And I am kicking myself for not finding them first for the original chip repair, which we had done by another company in the area. The repair didn’t work from the other company-so right away we decided to call Bartlett. We are all about supporting smaller local businesses! The guys were quick to call back after I first reached out. They were able to quote over the phone. They had wanted some more info about our vehicle so, I was able to send them a text message with the information so they were able to order the correct product. Their quote matched another quote we were given (even with a discount from the other company) plus they offered Mobil service without me asking! At no additional cost! We had a new windshield within 48 hours! They came to our home, were kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed working with them. They are from Greenville, WI and did the repair in central Appleton.
