Tony came out to me for multiple visits, I bought this older vehicle that had significant damage from hood flying up breaking winshield, on first visit he advised me of problem with rust bent hood hinges things that had to be done to ensure success with install, he came out today and did the install helped me out with a few remaining issues getting everything tightened up, What I am getting at is I really think any other company would have just done the install initially and it certainly would have failed Tony ensured success here and I really appreciate it I really felt like he did an amazing job and that I will now have success with the winshield anywhere else I would have been replacing again in a few months, best price best service and I know for a fact install will be successful also best price thank you Tony

I don't know why I'm the only review. These guys were awesome. I was not overly concerned with the price to replace my windshield. I was expecting $300 to $400 based on Safelite prices. I did want the job done quickly. The competition couldn't schedule anything for week so I shopped around and found Elite Auto Glass. I called for a quote as was very surprised to hear that they were over $100 cheaper and could stop by my work to replace the windshield the next morning. The cost difference made me nervous about quality but that was unfounded. They have a lifetime warranty on their work. The job was finished quickly and professionally today and the tech that did work was great to work with, even though the weather threw a curve ball. I think they even threw in a pair of blades.

Just wanted to take the time to personally write of my 1st tike experience with GLASS AMERICA & GERBER COLLISION AND GLASS! I Arrived about 15 -20 min ahead of scheduled appt & was immediately met by a very positive front desk receptionist from GERBER (Ann Marie) She took my keys and let me know my windshield technician Mr Nicholas G was already there & my 4 Runner was immediately taken back & into the auto bay shop. About 1.5 hrs later Nicholas told me my SUV was ready & I paid deductible and he was very knowledgeable and covered warranty coverage and let me know if I had any trouble to give Glass America a call if anything needed to be addressed after the fact . The next thing that happened after I took custody of my keys was I went outside to give a quick visual inspection of the work and I’ll tell this next part LITERALLY BLEW MY SOCKS OFF !!!!!! The front WINDSHIELD install looked like my SUV came straight off the dealership show room floor :-). The glass was perfectly seated and adjacent gaskets looked like they had never even been disturbed….WOW !!!!! I’m was ABSOLUTELY impressed and i even gave a call to my customer Rep at Glass America in PEWAUKEE WI (Cheyenne) she was FANTASTIC from day 1 and was above to get me approved for an actual TOYOTA OEM windshield ordered directly from TOYOTA…. I can’t say how impressed and happy I was was once I picked up my SUV, will definitely be using GLASS AMERICA for all my future window or glass repairs Sincerely Lamont

I scheduled a windshield replacement with them because they were the best price in town, after a mild scheduling setback with the appointment, I would use them again based off of their customer service. Nate, my tech, was professional, respectful, and very thorough! I needed my windshield to be replaced but I didn’t have time to come in during normal business hours since I myself am working. Once he arrived he said all I had to do was unlock my vehicle and then I can go back inside to work. A little less than a hour later I get a call saying he completed the job. He proceeded to give me aftercare instructions and told me to have a great day. When returning to my vehicle I was very impressed with the replacement process but even more so I was shocked and pleased he removed multiple stickers (parking, toll tag, and oil change reminder) from my old windshield and placed them on my new windshield!! I had forgot all about them and did not ask or mention to him about the stickers. Nate went above and beyond and so thankful for his work and grateful the process was so easy for someone who has never done this before.

My car got broken into and they shattered my windows. It's winter and I was in desperate need of the windshields replaced. He was $200 cheaper then anyone else in the area (I called about 12 businesses) and he said he could do it the next day (everyone else was at least two days out). I honestly can't say enough good things about his service. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He came to my work to pick up the keys and dropped them back off. I also needed the back window replaced and I was going to wait but he allowed me to make a payment arrangement because I was paying out of pocket. He had the second windshield with him and ready to go! He gave me all of my options beforehand and looked into the cost and deductible with my insurance (due to me being from Minnesota). He was in contact with me, giving me updates through the day. Furthermore, my car was an absolute disaster due to me being in the process of moving to Wisconsin, he still managed to vacuum up all the glass and cleaned up the mess I made with duct tape on the outside and inside of my vehicle!!!!!
