When making an appointment to have the windshield replaced we were specifically asked if we wanted stickers on windshield saved and we said yes. Went to pickup and asked where the stickers were. We were told that it wasn't their problem they were just contracted and we had to talk to them. We had a park sticker and another sticker that was about $50 and basically told not our problem. Disappointed. After I posted the review was contacted and there was a miscommunication. They contacted me and had the stickers. They even drove them out to my house to drop them off. Great customer service and appreciated not having to get it from the shop.

I called lake auto I was somewhat frantic. My rear vent glass on the driver's side had been shattered. I called at least 5 other glass places. No one had the part! It would have to be ordered then l would have to come in to pay for it come back to have it installed ! next day. Not Lake Auto, gave me a quote made the Appointment I was in and out less than 30minutes ! Very nice professional had a coffee. And was on my way! Love this place! Best place to go for Auto glass replacement!

Had an Auto Page remote starter installed about 2 years ago. They did a great job then. Stopped in on 1/9/18 with a radio problem on the same Ford Ranger XLT. Thought it may be related to the remote starter but turned out it wasn't. Thanks for being kind and checking the wiring. Glad to have stopped in because I bought the new Pioneer radio from Alex. Just like before, great customer service and cordial - missing in today's daily communication. You guys rock! Outstanding product knowledge in comparing different radios, hassle free install and very competitive pricing. So glad you were able to install it while I waited. Fantastic! Nations Auto Glass…Lake Auto Glass is awesome. 50 percent the prices of that outfit that spends all their money on advertising. Safe something or another. This glass company responds to quotes immediately! They text information and as the rights questions to ensure they have the auto glass you need in stock. Appointments happen right away and they even send a text message the day of your appointment as a reminder. You pay for the glass then pay for the labor. The guys that replace the glass have decades of experience and literally can swap glass out in minutes…not hours. The staff is friendly and you can just sit down with your phone and your car will be finished in no time! My 2015 Yukon has had 2 glass replacements where small rocks have cracked side windows. They are right near the expressway with easy parking and it is really a quick in and out. I love small businesses like this that know their stuff and understand we need reasonable prices too. Great leadership at this small business with an obvious customer focus. I have told my 3 sons about them and they are telling their friends . I took a photo of my car VIN number and texted it to them…and from that they can tell everything you need in the way if glass type but many times I gather that they don’t even need that. I have used their services twice and both times the experience has been great.

Have you ever had an experience as a customer that struck you as too good to be true, but it was!? That was my WONDERFUL experience with the Safe Auto Group. In the weeks before I picked up my car from them, there had been a lot of less-than-delightful stuff going on for me--the car accident that brought me there to begin with, but also two funerals in my family (thankfully unrelated to the accident) and surgery for my husband. So I was pretty beat when I went to pick it up. I couldn't believe how great it looked! When shop owner Tom drove out my 12 year old Subaru Outback for me, it looked LIKE NEW. I really was just taken aback. I expected it to be fixed up, new doors and everything but, wow! They had detailed it too, outside AND in! And I mean detailed--the leather upholstery, the carpeting, the Weather Tech floormats even in the hatchback area, so perfectly clean and like new! My husband, a "car guy" himself, was so impressed that he now wants to take his own '97 Riviera there just to be detailed. And here's what surpassed my expectations even more: there had been pretty significant damage done to the other side of my car years before from pulling in too close to the side of our garage. I just lived with it, because we had better uses for the $5,000 + the dealership estimated it would cost to get that bodywork done. So when shop manager Tom called to say they were nearly finished with the insurance-covered work and my car would look so nice again but, wouldn't we like the other side fixed to match? Well, sure, I said, give us an estimate, figuring it would fall into a similar price range beyond our out-of-pocket reach. When he called back with "$450" I had to ask him twice to repeat it, I was so surprised! No kidding, my car now looks like new again--from either side, from front to back. And I will enjoy telling anyone who asks about our beyond-positive experience with Safe Auto Group.

Wow! I didn't know customer service like this still existed. I called on Friday morning on my way to work just to setup up an appointment, thinking it would be a couple of days before they could see me, but by 1:30 pm that day l had a new front windshield. Connie is amazing! She's is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and beyond accommodating. She said I could bring my car in right away and they'll take care of it. It would take no more than 1 hour. Since I was caught off guard with a business offering such an immediate response I wasn't prepared. I explained that I couldn't because I was on my way to work. She said it wasn't a problem and they would come to my place of work and do the repairs! Her and her team came and had it done in less than 20 minutes. My windshield looks great and the team left no mess behind. This business is completely about customer service. I'm still in awe of the whole experience. If you need any kind of auto glass repair this is the only place to go.

My truck was broken into and needed a new window. The guys at United Auto Glass were so helpful in walking me through the process to replace it and even had the window in stock. After 40 minutes of same day service, my car was free of broken glass and had a brand new pane that was tested and cleaned. Would highly recommend United for your auto glass needs.
